The beds are uncomfortable and the neighbor called the cops on us at 2pm cause we had our kids outside in the pool playing on our 1st day there. After speaking with the police and the landscaper came we found that she does that often and has pulled guns on people staying there before. The location was great because we was in the middle of everything so we didn't have to travel far. Overall this is a mid property but if your looking for something cheap and a good location this is the place.

Regarding the beds, most guests tell us they are very comfortable and often ask where they can purchase the same models. We understand that preferences vary, and we appreciate you sharing yours. As for the comments about a neighbor and weapons, this appears to be based on second‑hand information. Nothing of that nature occurred during your stay, and we have never had an incident involving a weapon at the property. We take guest safety seriously and address any concerns directly with verified information.

Such a great stay for 3 nights. Jon was very prompt with communications. The home had everything and was exceptional. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with everything within a couple miles. Beach access was 2miles away which made it super convenient.

Simple, clean home with enough room for two families. Kitchen and bathrooms are nicely updated. Location to the beach and grocery stores is great. The pool and beach toys and chairs\umbrella were awesome since we couldn't travel with those things. We would stay again.A few things that would make it an even better stay would be curtains on the bedroom windows (it gets bright early, and neighbors keep their flood lights on. Blinds are not sufficient), providing some bug spray & sun screen, and a few more board games. Overall 5 stars!

Coming back next summer

The house was awesome, owners were easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. The house was perfect for our family kids spent every night playing in the pool. Neighborhood was safe kept up with. Will be coming back next summer!

Good time

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was large enough for our group of 9. The pool was great for coming back after the beach and the shed was filled with beach chairs, wagon, and boogie boards. We loved the porch at night as it was a great place to hang out. We had some issues with the dishwasher while staying and Jon responded immediately. We found the beds to Be somewhat hard but overall the house was great.

Great little house with an even better back yard

Our family of 7 (2 Grandparents, 2 Parents and 3 Children 10, 7 & 4) stayed here in June 2025. We enjoyed our stay and the house met our needs. We did have problems with the dishwasher and water pressure, but the host was great with communicating and helping address the problems. The house was spacious enough for us and we loved the screened in lanai and pool area. The shed was also stocked for everything we needed for a fun beach day! We wish this house was closer to the beach and didn’t realize quite how far it was when we booked the house. Parking is a little bit hard to find and is expensive along the beach.

Bad experience

The house was spacious enough for us ,but we didn’t like the neighborhood because the cops were called on us twice for having music playing at 5 pm and the policy said we could have music playing until 9 pm (the music wasn’t too loud either). As well as when we arrived we saw the pool dirty with a bunch of leaves, and not enough cleaning supplies. I honestly don’t recommend this house nor will I rent it again.

I apologize that you had a bad experience. We work very hard to ensure that every guest experience is amazing. We have the pool cleaned weekly but unfortunately a storm blew through the night before your stay. We do provide a skimmer to help remove leaves. We really wish you would have let us know about any issue with neighbors or police. We would have loved the opportunity to resolve the issue and help make it right. We work hard to address any issues we are aware of.
