Country Comfort - 5 bedroom Holiday Home with sea views!

COUNTRY COMFORT is a lovely 5 bedroom Holiday Home with excellent sea views and accommodates up to 10 guests. Unique property just on the outskirts of Edithburgh.

Open plan Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic cooktop, moveable island bench, large pantry, dining table, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, lounge with sea views, large smart TV, no dvd.

Main bedroom with seaviews, ceiling fan, built in robe, ensuite with shower, vanity & w/c, 2nd bedroom with sea views no fan, 3rd bedroom with seaviews ceiling van & built in robe, 4th bedroom with ceiling fan, built in robe, 5th bedroom with ceiling fan and reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.

Main bathroom with full size bath, shower, vanity, separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, sink and bench top.

Large undercover rear area with outdoor setting, hooded BBQ, large fenced rear yard.

Access to small shed with lounge, TV, dining table and chairs.

Fish cleaning facility

Plenty of room for parking and boats.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. (please note - single beds have comforters not quilts)

Bed configuration - bed 1 -queen, bed 2 – 2 singles, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 – queen, bed 5 – Queen

Edithburgh has an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, IGA, deli, fuel, cafe, take away, hotel. Only a minute short drive to the beautiful Sultana Point Beach.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

PLEASE NOTE: If you arrive on the same day we have a guest departing your arrival time will change to 3.30 pm.

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$280 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$230 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$200 per night

Refundable bond of $500 will increase to $700 during peak season - office staff will manually change this when processing your booking.

Such an amazing property for big groups, plenty of room for everybody. Front and backyard was very spacious for outdoor activities! Will definitely be booking again in the future

Natures playground

The property was spacious and well located to take advantage of Edithburgh's tidal pool, snorkling areas, jetty, boat ramp and shops. It was an easy drive to other bigger towns for shopping, sight seeing, crabbing etc. Our group comprised all ages from 70 to 2 yrs. There was something to do especially if you like water activities such as fishing, crabbing, snorkling etc. Would thoroughly recommend home for family stay.

With 6 adults and 4 young adults there was plenty of space for all of us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a 3 night stay at Country Comfort and really enjoyed our time. There were 5 of us with 2 adults and 3 boys who loved the extra large front yard to kick the football and room out the back to ride their scooters.We took advantage of the short walk along the sealed path into Edithburgh every morning as well as the local sights including jetty, wind farm, bird hide, lighthouse and coastal drive to Marion Bay.Whilst the boys enjoyed the queen beds in their rooms one suggestion is to have an extra set of singles or bunks for greater flexibility to accommodate families.Overall though we had a great stay and would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay at the 'Country Comfort' was really enjoyable. The place has a lovely homey feel and it is a very comfortable, relaxing place to stay. The pictures of this place on the website do not do it justice, it definitely looks better in person. My only criticism/recommendations would be: - As the bedroom with the two single beds doesn't have a ceiling fan or aircon it gets very hot. Having a portable fan in the house that you can access to put in that room would be amazing. - Majority of the windows in the house don't stay up so you are unable to get any breeze through the house from outside. -When the aircon in the main living area is left on to cool the house down it leaks a lot of water down onto the curtain pelmet below it and all over the floor, which is a bit annoying. - One of the single beds has a hole in the wooden bedhead. Apart from those few things, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend the place to others.
