A beautiful holiday home

My family loved our stay. The home is spacious and very tidy. The front veranda was perfect for an early morning cuppa and the kids were very appreciative of the board games.Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Great location and close to all amenities!

Accomodation is clean and nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, lovely deck area to sit and have a cup of coffee or a drink or two! Great idea having the two driveways and secure back yard for the kids.

Absolutely beautiful

Absolutely beautiful holiday home in such a wonderful location! Phil was amazing too and it was a pleasure to book with him and communicate with. The house cleanliness was immaculate and the room configurations were perfect for our large family. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Terrific Property!

Family catch up weekend. Large group of adults. Well-presented, lovely decor, comfortable, great location and everything you need at the house. This made it so relaxing. Phil the host was very responsive to booking and any requests. So easy to deal with. Do yourself a favour and stay here!….we loved it!

Lovely stay at Phylyns

Our 2 families had a great stay at Phylyns. The lounge room was a lovely size for 2 families and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed plus some extras (Kids loved the milkshake maker). The photos of the bedrooms in the listing had a different combination of the beds that didn’t work as well as the previous organisation for our families but we made it work. Communication with Phill was excellent. He responded to all message in a very prompt manner and was welcoming of communication during our stay if needed.

The house is great. Very comfortable, clean and well furnished.

The pictures underestimate the house. It is a lot more than it appears on the website. Goos sized bedrooms, good range of kitchen appliances. Everything was thinking to give the guests the best experience possible. Even games for the kids and adults to chill out. Great communication withe the host. Definitely a house to recommend and to stay another time.

Very clean and beautiful house to stay! Plenty of space esp at the front and backyard. The only thing is there is no aircon in the bedrooms! Would not be comfortable on hot days. Lucky it wasn’t so hot during our stay, the fans provided are enough to cool down the rooms. Would recommend to our friends.

Clean and spacious beach house

The house was in a nice location and the and very clean with plenty of space and nice decor. The front verandah had a peak view of the sea and was a nice place to have an afternoon drink.Unfortunately none of the beds were comfortable.It also lacked a few basics to get started.No tissues, two rolls of toilet paper for a 7 night stay and six people for three of those nights. No coffee making facilities not even a sachet and only one tea bag, towels not supplied. The gas ran out in the bbq first morning while cooking bacon and eggs.The fish cleaning facilities were well set up.Overall it was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it to others.

Short mid week getaway

The house was exactly as described and spotless upon arrival. The board games and bunk beds kept the kids happy. Would definitely recommend.

Beth is a great host & was readily available to answer all of our questions. There is plenty of room, we were there with our adult children (6 of us altogether), & it is just as you see in the photos. The house is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals. I would not hesitate in recommending Phylyn's & hope to return again for another visit to Stansbury. The house is an absolute credit to Beth!

Family getaway

Weather was very windy, company good, accommodation clean, plenty of room for 2 families, fishing good. Fish cleaning facilities good. Side gate access to backyard was a recent addition I think and much appreciated. Too far for an easy walk to the beach and shops but only a very short drive away.
