On the east side of the home you will find the bunk room with custom built bunk beds (4 single beds) that share a jack and jill style bathroom with a standard shower/tub combo with a bedroom that features a queen bed with a sliding glass door leading to the covered deck. On the west side of the home you will find a queen suite with sliding glass door to the covered deck and en-suite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo. The laundry room is also located on the west side of the first floor. The second level opens up to the open floor plan of the living, dining and kitchen areas all featuring views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living area features comfortable seating, large TV, and sliding glass door to the large covered deck. The dining area has a large table that seats 8 and its own sliding glass door to the covered deck, leading to the screened in portion of the deck that features an outdoor table that seats 4. The kitchen is well stocked, equipped with a mixture of white and stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinetry, and a breakfast bar that seats 3. Directly off of the living area is the Master King Suite, this spacious room features a King bed, TV, sitting area, view of the Gulf of Mexico, direct access to the covered deck, and en-suite bathroom with stand up shower. Also located off of the living area you will find a half bath. The exterior of the home features a private pool, covered entry, under-house parking, park style grill, and enclosed outdoor shower.
