This little apartment was so welcoming and such a cozy place to stay while visiting our kiddos. It is a very clean home in a nice neighborhood.

Very comfortable spot

We loved the place! It has a king size bed, fully stocked kitchen, and a laundry room with washer and dryer (just note you will need your own detergent). The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog! Our host was welcoming and accommodating as well. Overall, a great space and location to explore the city!

Great Place!

The property is always clean and tidy. I would prefer cotton sheets but bed is very comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is older but peaceful. I have enjoyed staying every other week.

Clean and cozy place

Love my stay. The place is beautifully decorated and it is very clean. My puppy loves the large fenced yard.

Christmas vacation

We were very impressed with this property. It is much better than the previous properties we stayed at in the past. The unit was very clean and well supplied. The owner checked in on us regularly to see if everything was okay, and asked our few questions timely.We will certainly stay there again, when we visit family.

Issue on arrival and contact could not be reached. However, once owner was notified, she was fabulous.! Owned issue, suggested resolution and followed through. I loved location and felt safe in area. Perfect for work travel and space I could bring dog .

Wonderful

I didn’t know what to expect when I rented, but the unit looked nice and looked clean. I have to say that it exceeded my expectations. The unit was convenient to the things I wanted to do, it was clean, the little backyard was great for the puppies and all in all I could not have had a better experience. I will definitely look to stay there again.

Exceeded Expectations

After many vacation rentals, this one was the best we’ve had. 10/10z The apartment was exactly as pictured & described. It was so clean and kitchen was so well stocked and organized, I assumed (incorrectly) we were one of the first guests. It’s clearly renovated, and I live for a bedroom ceiling fan! Very comfortable furniture & very nice linens through, which are lovely surprises for vacation rentals. Our dogs loved the backyard & the house as much as we did. Property manager and owner were proactive in reaching out upon my arrival. It is on the bottom floor, so I knew we may hear the upstairs residents walking around and we did, so future guests shouldn’t have unrealistic expectations about that. The beautiful backyard, decor and birds chirping tuned out everything.

Cozy home for a pleasant getaway!

My recent stay at this townhome was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I felt the cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made it a perfect retreat for my weekend stay. The attention to detail in the interior design was impressive, creating a warm and inviting space. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed with all the necessities. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, adding an extra layer of convenience to my stay.The location was ideal, close to downtown and close to both FSU and FAM University. The back yard is spacious and was perfect for my pup to run around. The property management was attentive and responsive, ensuring that my stay was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a charming and well-maintained retreat. I can't wait to return for another relaxing stay!

Another wonderful stay

Very cozy, well appointed one bedroom apartment with a small yard. The owner is VERY responsive and accommodating - took care of excessively loud music in the apartment above right away. They also work hard to make sure the place is scent free to accommodate our allergies to scented products (only thing they missed this time was the scented cascade pods). (Would be nice if vrbo would start an allergy/scent free section of their service!) Will stay here again - close to shops and parks.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our weekend stay at this very cute, well appointed and clean one bedroom apartment in a little neighborhood. The owner and property manager are very responsive and went to great lengths to make sure we were comfortable - I have scent allergies and asthma, making it difficult to find a vrbo that doesn’t reek of scented Gain or cleaning products. The owner of this VRBO kindly removed any scented products for us and even switched to unscented cleaning products! It is also in a great location - very convenient to shopping, grocery stores and parks. Our favorite place to stay in Tallahassee. ❤️

Great Location / Its a Gem!

This townhome was perfect for us and our pup! You are close to everything, but yet it is tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There is even a grocery store within walking distance. I usually bring extra supplies, but I didn't need them. This townhome is well equipped with everything you need...and more! At the end of the day it was nice to sit on the porch and enjoy a glass of wine, and in the mornings, it was great to sit outside, listen to the birds and drink our coffee. I can only describe it as perfect! We will definitely rent this unit again the next time we are in Tally!

Fabulous!

Incredibly clean, with stylish furnishings. Coffee, tea, and cooking spices available, creating a welcoming feeling. Also great back yard for dog with plenty of room and high fence. We needed to extend our stay and the Evolve team and owner herself could not have been more helpful! Very happy!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay! The owner took great pains to make sure the apartment was free of fragrances (fragrant cleaners, laundry detergent etc) because of my allergies, which was very kind and above and beyond. Place has everything you need, cute decor!
