Corymbia is an Australian Institute of Architects 2025 award winning haven for beach and bush lovers.

Soft natural finishes and light filled spaces with filtered beach views have the ability to lift one’s mood with welcome ocean breezes through the picturesque bay windows.

A stroll through the back garden provides direct access to Brisbane Water National Park with vistas to the Pittwater and Lion Island. A short climb provides more extensive views, through the native forest, to Box Head and the ocean..

Pearl Beach is one of the Central Coast’s most beautiful coastal suburbs. Set amongst the lush bushlands of Bouddi and Brisbane Water National Parks. Located only 90 minutes from Sydney. Enjoy the beach, ocean baths, cafe and restaurant, or stroll through the beautiful Arboretum with it’s gigantic red gums, ferns, and abundant native wildlife. Complementary 3.6kW EV charging is available on request.

lovely get away for 2. nights

Beautiful location and lovely short walk to the beach but I think I may have missed details in the listing as I was expecting an outdoor area and proper bathroom and kitchen. Was great for a 2 night stay.

A wonderful break away from the rush

We had a great stay in chris's compact but well thought out "designer tree house" set on the hill overlooking the beach. Chris was on hand and helpful as needed and we found the space perfect for 3 adults and a toddler. The beach a short clamber away cant be beat!

Perfect Pearl Beach Treehouse

We had a wonderful long weekend stay in Pearl Beach. We loved our time away at this property. We felt like we were perched up high in a treehouse. The property was clean and so cosy, with a stunning outlook. I loved curling up in the window/reading nook with my book. Thank you to Chris for making our stay so relaxing and for being so welcoming on arrival.
