Charming holiday house in sleepy Patonga village. Perfect setting for a family or friends gathering, or a relaxing getaway, just over 1 hour from Sydney.

Quiet location away from the crowds, but only 3 mins level stroll to Patonga Beach, Boathouse Hotel and Palm Beach Ferry. Only 1 min walk to beautiful tranquil Patonga Creek.

Fully equipped Kitchen includes Island Bench Top, Cooktop, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Machine, and other appliances.

Cosy Lounge Room including Large Flat Screen Smart TV with Chromecast and multiple streaming services, Sonos speakers.

Undercover parking for 1 car and ample parking in driveway and on-street.

This is a great place and easily sleeps 6 people. It has everything you need for a relaxing getaway in Patonga. The hosts are friendly and they have set the cottage up perfectly for your stay.

The property is in a lovely location, short walk to beach and local restaurant/pub. The house was clean and beds were comfy. The hosts were easy to communicate with special touches to feel welcome. Bonus our fur baby had a yard to run around in. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Accomodation

This property had everything you would need for a weekend away in beautiful Patonga. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back again. The house is clean, has everything you need for a weekend away and the location is perfect! Short walk to the beach, creek and the Boathouse Hotel. Highly recommend.

Perfect house for a family

Perfect house for a family, the kitchen was very well equipped and the location was perfect. There was even a bottle of champagne and chocolates waiting in the fridge on arrival.

Girls Weekend

The property is lovely and has everything you need and more. It has lots of different areas to relax and enjoy, it's located 300m to the water and the Patonga Pub, Sue and Andrew were very easy to deal with, all 4 ladies were very happy and would easily stay again.

Ideal family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay in Patonga. Sue and Andrew were helpful, responsive hosts and the house is well equipped with everything you need (including delightful extra touches like sparkling wine and chocolates!) The house is an easy two minute walk to the beach/pub. It’s comfortable, clean and has lovely decor. A perfect place for a family to holiday!

Excellent!

We've never stayed in such a thoughtfully equipped holiday home before. Everything you could possibly need was provided - including a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates. Sue and Andrew are friendly and responsive, the house is in a quiet, convenient location. Highly highly recommended.

Peaceful and relaxing - great spot for the dog

Great property- so many thoughtful details and conveniences. Everything was super clean and fresh. Lovely big towels. The hosts gifts were well received so thank you - enjoyed our stay immensely- my dog loved sitting on the veranda watching people walk by with no issues of him escaping at all. Definitely worth a visit

Great House in Patonga

We had a lovely 3 night stay with our 2 furkids, front and back yard was secure for them to roam freely. Location a nice walk to boathouse and beach. Had good kitchen for us to make a few meals at home and very cosy and relaxing vibe Highly recommend and we will sure to be back soon! :)

Lovely beautiful get away with everything you need

We absolutely loved our week stay at Patonga. Highly recommend, everything was provided and we loved the little touches like the bikes, extra towels and beach towels and great appliances like the top notch kettle. Perfect backyard for the kids and also loved the TVs which had YouTube, Netflix already signed in and more. Thanks Sue and Andrew we adored our stay and memories made at your gorgeous home.

A peaceful patonga haven

Thanks so much for such a lovely stay in your beautiful well equipped and well appointed home. Sue and Andrew were excellent communicators and the home was light, welcoming, and full of thoughtful touches. While the weather wasn’t the greatest for swimming most of the week, we had such a lovely time exploring the area and the kids loved spotting all the wildlife paintings scattered on garage doors and walls throughout the area.
