This entire townhouse is arranged over three thoughtfully separated levels, offering both togetherness and privacy for up to six guests. The first floor features a private guest suite with its own full bathroom and a kitchenette, making it well suited for extended family, friends, or anyone who appreciates a little extra independence. A private entrance adds flexibility, while direct outdoor access makes coming and going after beach time simple.

Living spaces with ocean views
The second floor serves as the heart of the home, bringing everyone together in an open living area framed by ocean views. You can unwind in the living room with an HDTV and indoor fireplace, or step out onto the balcony to enjoy the coastal air and changing light over the water. The flow between the living space, dining area, and kitchen supports easy conversation and shared meals without feeling crowded.

The kitchen provides a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, with a full set of appliances and ample room for meal prep.
