The space

Seabreeze is a fully air conditioned 3-story, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday house set on a large property with direct access to the beach. It is a laid back, family friendly self-contained holiday house, that provides all the facilities and comforts for a relaxing stay. A well equipped kitchen, outdoor shower and expansive living room with bi-fold doors - that open the entire front of the house to the beach views and ocean breezes.

The house also includes a shaded 15m swimming pool, ideal for laps or just lazing with a cocktail.

The huge master bedroom includes a king-size bed, on-suite bathroom and private veranda with swinging chair overlooking the beach.

The level 1 bedroom includes a king size bed and shares a bathroom with the master bedroom.

The other ground two bedrooms are cosy and well furnished, and have direct and private access to the downstairs bathroom with outdoor shower. The rooms each include a queen size bed, and bunk beds with double-single mattress setup.

All bedrooms and living spaces are airconditioned.
There is also an outdoor bathtub that is heated via a donkey (woodfire water heater) – ideal for romantic, relaxing baths under the stars!

The kitchen includes a fridge (extra beer fridge conveniently located by the pool area), induction cooker and oven, stove top coffee espresso maker, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, and BBQ.

There is a variety of kids toys, board games, lots of books, a TV with Chromecast and internet connection, and Netflix. There is free highspeed Wi-Fi internet, and the phone reception is very good.

Plenty of parking for cars and boats.

All bed linen and bath towels are included in the tariff.

Guest access

Seabreeze is located across the road from the Cox Country Club, in Wagait Breach. Access via the SeaLink Ferry is only 15 minutes travel from Darwin CBD & Cullen Bay.

Transport from the Mandorah Jetty to the Cox Country Club via the Cox Club Bus runs Thursdays through to Sundays for trips into town.

Please note that the bus is complimentary for Club visitors, and as such please support the Club if using the bus.

Traveling by road is a relaxing 80 minute drive from Darwin CBD via Finn Road and Cox Peninsula Road.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire holiday home and surrounding grounds.

Price per night covers up to 6 guests + cleaning. Additional accommodation is available for maximum up to 12 guests. Please contact us to confirm number of guests so that we may arrange bedding.

Discount for longer bookings, stay 6 nights or more and receive the 6th night free.

Sorry no parties allowed or no more people onsite than agreed on the rental agreement. Special functions can be allowed pending management approval.
