We loved the property. The ocean view was amazing. The condo had all your needs from beach chairs, umbrellas, well stocked kitchen and nice size bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay. Bridget our host went above and beyond for us. She was quick to respond to my emails and it was a smooth check in and check out. We will definitely rent this condo again in the future.

Great get-away!

Very clean, fresh, and welcoming condo! Didn’t have to worry about a thing - has all that you need and more. The host was very responsive and available. Very relaxing and convenient to everything!!! Wished we would have had more time to stay - will definitely return!!!

5 day Beach Getaway Easter Weekend

What a perfect set up! Oceanfront! Easy in and out of condo thanks to the elevator! (Hey, this trip was for two older ladies celebrating birthdays and getting things in and out can be an issue, what can I say…) well equipped kitchen! Comfy furniture! There is a good sized grocery store and Walmart close by if needed. Great Wi-Fi and Roku. This family friendly beach was populated but far from crowded. For a very small family or up to two couples, this place is perfect. It can sleep six but it would be very tight.

Nicely Done and Beach Convient

Clean and done up with lots of nice touches like little signs, decor, beach chair and umbrella (light enough to carry but sturdy), and welcome message from the owners. It was perfect for the two of us with very close beach access for a busy beach. We would have to think hard to think of something to suggest as improvements.

Very nice codo

Super cute, very clean. Totally updated and very tastefully decorated. Great location. Small building with elevator. Easy beach access. Everything you need. Beach chairs and cooler. No beach towels do I left the ones I purchased for future renters. No complaints.

property was the best we have been in, over the last 6 years. up to date on everything, clean, top grade beds and baths. nothing to ask for, everything was there. first floor with elevator if needed. right on the ocean. super view.

A very noisy condo!

We've rented dozens of houses, condos, and cabins over the years from VRBO. The vast majority have been very positive experiences, however, I feel differently about this condo. The positives were the location, overall cleanliness, and proximity to the ocean. It was easy to book and check-in was seamless. However, it is the noisiest place we've ever rented! We knew that a ground floor unit meant there would be slightly more noise. But, we were not prepared for the upstairs neighbor to be stomping and pacing the floor all day and night. There would be a brief reprieve from 4am-6am, then, he would be back at it. This continued all week and greatly impacted our sleep and enjoyment. Vacations are supposed to be a time of relaxation and this was not. It's possible this person was a renter, but it's also possible that he is lives there full time. There was also structural construction going on underneath the unit. We were informed about the construction one hour prior to our arrival on Sunday. It was not mentioned when we booked the condo nor in any communications. We decided to leave the night before check out because we needed a good night's sleep. I realize the owner of the condo has no control over the noise that a neighbor makes, but we feel that future renters should know what they could possibly encounter.

Your positive comments about the location and cleanliness of the home are much appreciated- As we value guest satisfaction, we sincerely apologize for the noise issues that impacted your stay. There are renters in the unit above and if we were aware of the noise they were causing, we could have contacted the owner. We always encourage guests to reach out to us with any questions or concerns so that we have every opportunity to address them. Although we do our best to provide a comfortable environment, external factors such as the neighbor's noise are out of our control. - For full transparency, there is construction being done under the building and they only operate between 9am-4pm on the weekdays. We do all we can to make our home the best possible experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

What a wonderful place and a peaceful sanctuary!

The condo is beautifully decorated and so close to the ocean. It was great to only be a few steps from relaxing on the beach. Sitting on the porch listening to and watching the waves was so soothing. Good for the soul for sure!
