Island Tower 2103 is a professionally decorated three-bedroom, three-bath condo with amazing gulf-front views from the west corner of the 21st floor! Located just 0.4 miles west of Hwy. 59 in the heart of Gulf Shores.



Unit amenities:



• Gulf-front balcony access from the living room and primary bedroom



• Tile flooring throughout the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. Dining table seats six and there are four barstools for additional seating.



• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit



• Living area has a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed



• Third bedroom has full-over-full bunk beds (Children under 6 years old should not be permitted on the top bunk.)



• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in/check-out



• Maximum of two cars allowed



• No boats, jet skis, trailers, or recreational vehicles allowed on the property

Wonderful place!

This was our most favorite stay yet! The views here are absolutely amazing. Beautiful sunsets! The condo was clean and lovely, balconies for every room, comfortable beds, elevators seemed readily available almost every time. We had an issue with one of the blinds and it was resolved promptly. It was a long drive from northern Indiana, but we enjoyed our stay. Condo was nice with a great location. Beaches and weather were also nice.

I don’t know about anyone else but I was very impressed with the condo layout.It was also the shortest walk to the beach that I can remember. Nice eating places within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our family time spent at Island Towers 2103. Close proximity to many restaurants and local attractions. Easy booking, quick responses and being beachfront topped the list. Very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Island Tower Gulf Shores

The property is exactly what is listed. Beautiful views, decor, cleaniness, the place is spacious and nice. The beds are the best I have ever had in a rental. Kitchen items, towels are plenty. Great place to stay we enjoyed it. The property mgmt team is great and responsive.

Awesome stay

Condo was exactly as expected and beautiful! Parking was a challenge for a larger vehicle and the elevators were slow and had unpleasant odors - but we forgot about it when we enjoyed the view from the condo. We’d go back again.

Exceptional!!

This unit was absolutely perfect! Great layout, very nice and up to date finishes, and with it being a corner unit (facing west) the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master made for an incredible view of both the bay and gulf.......gorgeous sunsets!! We will definitely stay at this unit the next time we go to Gulf Shores!!

Nearly perfect

We had a couple of issues with the bed and shower and bother wete taken care of within hours. That was impressive. Only complaint is the minimum supply of toilet paper, soap and paper towels. They could and should provide backup supplies.But we can confidently recommend this ondo!

We loved our place. The only complaint was it got pretty warm in the 2 bedrooms.. master br was fine. Also, the afternoon sun came in and it got very warm then. There were shades in the living room and really didn’t block out the sun. But overall we loved our stay.

Beautiful view but warm condo

The view from the condo is beautiful and good location. The back bedrooms do not get good airflow and it is so uncomfortable to sleep in even with fans. There is an eco air system that seems to shut off at night and makes it miserable to sleep. When we showed up, there were dirty towels on top of 2 of the 3 beds.

Island Tower 2103

The view from this unit was amazing. Living room, dining area and kitchen were comfortable and clean. Check-in was super easy. Main bedroom had really flat pillows and no pillow protectors. New pillows were delivered on request. When it came time to strip the beds upon leaving, I was grossed out by the stains on the mattress. Wish I had not seen that. There was no mattress pad. Bathrooms were dirty with mold in the corners of the shower unit in main bathroom. The other tub/shower units were also not very clean. Someone did come to clean the bathrooms one day after I called. However, they should have been spotless prior to our arrival. The pool was really small for the number of units in the building. On several days it was packed, allowing only a little space for each person in the water. If someone wanted to swim, they would have had to use the pool early morning or late night. Management team was responsive, however some of these issues should have been taken care of before the unit was even released for rental.
