Villa Beachside is located right on the beach in tranquil Toogoom Queensland . This beautiful villa is furnished and with a downstairs area set up for family fun and a relaxing stay. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen including a gas BBQ and Gas Pizza oven right on the upstairs desk. Just bring your food, clothes and much loved pet as everything else is provided including kayaks, bikes and more...
The beautiful swimming beach is at your backyard and the local cafes and public boat ramp are a short stroll away.

Host Mark was very nice. Great communication. The house was extremely clean and beautiful location. Great place to stay nice and quiet and had the beach mostly to ourselves.

Exceptionally clean and tidy. Great location, great amenities. Games room is rad for everyone not just the kids. The bikes available are truly something to be seen and enjoyed.Loved it all. Wallabies in the back yard of a morning was icing on the cake!Will be back.

A well located, very comfortable house which is fully equipped with everything one would want. The house is in a very quiet location ideal for dogs to enjoy runs on the beach and swimming. Locals are very friendly and welcoming to dogs.

We had a great stay at Villa Beachside. Such a relaxing place to stay with direct access to the beach and a large games room under the house. Secure fencing for our dog so she could be included on our holiday. The house was clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We will be back!

We have been staying on Kingfisher Parade once a year for over a decade. This is the best house to stay in - hands down. The location is brilliant and it seems the hosts have thought of everything to make your stay both enjoyable and relaxing. Brilliant!

Clearly these owners know what they are doing. We’ll set up / stocked property. Literally the only thing we wished we had had brought was tomato sauce for the kids! they have thought of everything. We intend on booking Villa beachside @ Toogoom again.

Secluded beach front

This is one of the best Holiday rentals we have ever stayed at. It is designed for a comfortable stay, with great facilities. The beach is like your own personal beach. Well worth the money.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful property in a great location, perfect for a family holiday. House was impeccably clean and well equipped (had everything you could possibly need). Between kayaks, bikes and games room kept kids (and big kids) entertained!

Excellent property

Property was very clean and tidy with fantastic amenities. Great location, back door to beach in less than 60 seconds but well protected thanks to the bushland. Great communication from host. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a nice quiet beach town. Great for small pets with thoughtful inclusions like water bowls and designated Pet towels.

Much needed pre-Christmas reset

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Beachside. We stayed as family of 5 plus 2 dogs. Plenty of space with the cool ‘under house’ play area and beach right on the doorstep. Such a peaceful spot. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, fishing and long beach walks. Feeling refreshed and ready to take on Christmas 😊

Lovely villa at the beach

We loved the three-bedroom villa at the beach. The home has a beautiful deck at the back overlooking the back yard and wooded area. There is a pathway strait out to the beach. Plenty of recreational equipment is available for use. There are plenty of games for families.

Relaxing stay at Toogoom

Villa Beachside is a lovely location in Toogoom right next to the tidal Beelbi Creek. One reason we chose this house was the bikes and kayaks that were available. And the kayaks definitely came in handy to explore the creek. There is an interesting assortment of novelty bikes, unfortunately none were suitable for practical use to explore the area to any distance. The listing on stayz mentioned a gym and hot tub. There was no hot tub and the gym equipment was just a chin-up bar frame. The house is as pictured, and the beds comfortable with good quality linen and towels provided. But the house has the feel of being renovated by a home handyman. The second bathroom is in the laundry downstairs and is very basic with no internal lining on the walls and not something we chose to utilise. The hosts were great, very responsive to any queries we had and it was a relaxing stay at Villa Beachside.

The very first time we drove in to Toogoom we knew it was a place we had to return. It was nice change from the pace of living on the Gold Coast where we currently reside yet it has everything on offer that we usually love to try and do such as fishing, swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, jet skiing, water skiing, push bike riding, mountain bike riding on the free local designated Toogoom Mountain bike Trails, free tennis courts and much more. The very best thing we found when we come across Villa Beachside was it's absolute Beachfront location!!! With secure fenced yard for our gorgeous little Westie (Wally) we really couldn't go past it. Leaving the car in the garage and exploring the town by bike and being able to wander straight our your own backyard to the beach to relax or play was the reason we just fell in love with the place.

Being in a house that's directly on the beachside is quite rare on the East Coast of Australia. There are No roads to cross. Spot Kangaroos meandering though whilst hearing the distinct call of the kookaburra then walking out the back door to relax, fish or play at the beach makes Villa Beachside unique to many other properties and a feature that we love and know you will too.
