Beach Escape

Just wanted to get away and this house was perfect. No other houses close by, so it was like being alone in the woods with the beach just a short walk away. Quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay again. One week was not long enough!

Summer Camp Easter

Our family spent part of the Easter week at your lovely home. It was so comfortable and had all of the amenities, including an ice machine which was so helpful, as we made homemade ice cream. We certainly hope to stay in this home again.

Beach Escape

Family getaway at the beach was our goal and boy did we hit the jackpot! This house is the most well-appointed rental I have seen in my 30 years of VRBOing. It was like being in my own home. Better yet were the woods surrounding the house even though we were just a short walk through the neighborhood to the beach. Beach was typical for this area, shallow and quiet. If you are looking to just get away from it all this is definitely the place. Restaurants are 15 minutes away as is grocery shopping.

Everything we needed

This house had everything we needed. Beach chairs, toys for kids, even a commercial ice maker! The beach was easy enough to walk to, even did some late night crab hunting. This will definitely be our top choice next time we visit the Forgotten Coast.

We love the place overall, but found that the beaches were not that great there was a lot of seaweed and trees and stuff in the water close to the beach so we didn’t feel like we could swim in it. The pool was about a five minute commute by car the pool was really great. The area around it nice But we witness necessarily there if we were wanting to be at the beach every day the house itself was great and beautiful. I loved it very well equipped with everything that you would need beach chairs, cooler grill all the main necessities.

Practically a Private Beach Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was stocked full of everything you need for a wonderful family vacation, including plenty of beach gear. My boys enjoyed the bikes, kayak and fire pit as well. There were only ever one or two other families at the beach so it was very close to a private getaway. The home was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to find great places to eat and enjoyed the community pool as well. Thank you for sharing your property!

Wonderful New Years Eve

It was our 34 anniversary and we booked Breezy. It was the cleanest most well equipped house we have ever booked. There was any kind of cooking utensils you could imagine to cook with. The garage was spacious with two grills charcoal Weber and gas. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on we will be back!!

Wonderful + LOVED the kitchn

We needed a few nights before our spring break week and found this lovely home. The teens loved the pool at the clubhouse and the beach. The adults loved the backporch and music. We all loved the well stocked kitchen with every item.needed to cook meals. Our family has a lot of food allergies and its rare to find a kitchen with everything needed to cook our meals - this place had it all and then some. We REALLY appreciated the spice shelves. The owners are very thoughtful. The home itself was wonderful too. Great space and enjoyed the games!

First, I want to say that when you book this cozy home, everything you can think of is here on site. Literally, it’s the best stocked vacation home I’ve ever booked. The house itself is beautiful and very clean!! The pool was beautiful & large; even with the other guests there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the back porch in the evenings, the outside fire place, the grills, bikes, indoor & outdoor games. We got up in the mornings and walked around the neighborhood which is both quiet, as well as beautiful. We rode bikes to the private beach. Alligator Point is another nearby beach we visited. We bought fresh seafood less than 10 miles away in Carrabelle. We can’t wait to visit again!!

Lovely house!

The house itself was beautiful, very clean, very well stocked with everything we needed, private and quiet. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. The pool was about a 5min drive from the house which was kind of a bummer, but the pool itself was nice! The beach access was a good walk away from the property and smelled terribly of sulfur. The ocean in this area is brackish water so it’s not the clear blue waters of the gulf. We ended up driving to St George Island one day (45min drive) and Cape San Blas (1hr drive) for beach days . The area is beautiful and in its natural habitat, with that being said if you are wanting things to do you are going to have to drive 45min or so to get to anything. Even with all the driving our stay was great!

Stayed for long weekend

The property is quaint. Very clean and was not for wanting anything. Even small details like Q-tips, to shampoo (which someone had got pitched at airport), great supply of household essentials. The property is private and kids enjoyed outdoor shower. The walk to the beach was longer than Anticipated but saw some wildlife armadillo and white squirrel😊 no bears or gators though. Hardly any people seen at all. The pool was about 2 mile drive down the road which we enjoyed one day, all to ourselves. Plenty of games/puzzles for kiddos. Robin went above and beyond to make us welcome. Definitely recommend.
