The home was very clean and had plenty of extra towels for guests. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and basic seasonings. The porches were relaxing and a good place to stargaze at night. The owner was nice and accommodating. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. We loved our stay.

We had such a great stay here! The place was in a secluded area and had everything we needed for our trip. Our host was amazing—she was so responsive and accommodating, which made everything really easy. We did run into a couple of small things, but she handled them right away and it honestly didn’t affect our stay at all.Overall, we loved it and would definitely book again!

Family Vacation

Family vacation with members aging from 71 down to 14 years old. The house was perfect for our trip and the screened in porch with the long table was the perfect spot for all of our meals. Rooms and beds available were exactly as listed and the washer and dryer was very useful. The pool was close and very nice. The yard had not been cleaned up or mowed the whole time we were there and that was the only doenfsll with the accommodations. The beach was very nice during the middle of the day but was not very attractive when the tide was in during the middle of the day but not very attractive early in the day and in the evening. Overall, a great place to stay.

Another great stay at Summercamp

We were there for a short visit to check on the house we are building in the neighborhood. The woodwork in this house is gorgeous with tons of windows for natural light and beach views. Very well equipped kitchen. Only thought is that it may be time for a furniture upgrade downstairs.

The house is spacious and beautiful! The neighborhood is clean and quiet.The house was easy to find and located for easy access to carrabelle or crawfordville . Plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Family Thanksgiving

The house was in the location we wanted for a quiet family Thanksgiving. The house had plenty of room and was just a few steps from the beach. The cleanliness of the house could use an upgrade and we advised the owner who said she would look into the issues we brought to her attention ( pacifier found in the bed my adult son sleep in and the coffee pot not cleaned and had mold Growing in the old grinds and filter). The furniture has torn covers and stains on multiple pieces. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a very nice Thanksgiving

Beautifully designed house with plenty of space for everyone and steps to a beautiful private beach. This community is stunning and truly feels like you are million miles away while having all the comforts of home.

Perfect Place

The house was perfect for a quick summer get away. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was close by and normally just us. Even though construction was happening nearby, the community was quiet. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Absolutely incredible!!

If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful location for your vacation, this is the place for you. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Michael was prompt in answering any questions and we couldn't ask for a better host. The beach and pool are just steps away from the home and neither were crowded at any point on our trip. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

Family beach trip

The GullWing house was a wonderful house for a large family. You are just a short walk to the beach and the community pool. Everyone in our family enjoyed staying here and loved the screened porch area for meals and just visiting. Very accommodating and relaxing!!

Annual Beach Get Away

This property was perfect for our group. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and great to cook in. The screened in porch was very nice. I spent a lot of my time there. Looking forward to staying there again.

Terrible experience!

Facts only. No exaggeration.We booked 5 nights at this vacation home hoping for nice getaway for 3 families. Our host has not informed us of a full scale construction going on all 4 sides from this house. The construction noise was from 6am to 7-8pm.It was impossible to escape the noise and have a peaceful vacation.Main incident happened in the middle of our stay at 2am at night. The concrete trucks drove to next door construction at 2 am to pour concrete for base of the house. The commercial light projectors made it seem like a day light protruding through our windows. After I came out and asked the contractor if he aware what time it is he stated that this area of Florida has no noise disturbance law and they can come and do it anytime they want. The association manager of this subdivision has been notified and he stated that there's a penalty for disturbance like this. Our host has a ring camera on his door and saw everything happened and knew that there's construction going on.The beach smelled awful and water knee high you can't swim. Mosquitos and flies bites constantly. The house itself has few dirty places including kitchen, bedrooms and showers. The host refused to acknowledge the problems despite the obvious video proof from his ring camera.Hope this review will help people to make a right choice.

Phenomenal!

The house was so clean and had all we needed. The interior was spacious with great bathrooms and bedrooms. The screened-in porch and second floor porch were spectacular! One other often overlooked thing: the lighting was fantastic! So many rentals have very dim lighting, but there were plenty of lights (which also meant you could see that everything was clean!). The proximity to the beach and the pool were great. It was so easy to get to both and while we were there, we largely had both to ourselves! We felt like we were in our own private vacation spot. The 6 kids (ages 1-15) loved all the sea life and natural surroundings. The location was also great for a couple day trips to St. George Island Park for some time in the bigger waves. We would definitely recommend this place to families looking for a peaceful and fun getaway!

Sweet little St. Theresa house

Check-in was a breeze. Michael was responsive to our questions before and after check in. The home was well-stocked in the kitchen for pots and pans. The bedrooms were nicely furnished, and quite pleasant. The only drawback was the community. There were homes under construction on every street. 4 new homes were under construction next to the property. While the homeowner has no control over construction, we would like to have known prior to our arrival.

Great Location

Enjoyed the beach and the pools close proximity to the house. We had fun doing some fishing, swimming and day excursions to Apalachicola and the Lighthouse.

A perfect spot on Florida's Forgotten Coast!

What a perfect get-away beach home! Our family of seven had plenty of well-appointed, light and airy space in which to spread out between swimming and walks on the beach! The home is truly lovely and has all the amenities you could want, and then some. Some of our favorites: light weight chairs to carry to beach gorgeous wood flooring throughout house crow's nest for reading and drinking coffee lovely community pool accessible from house or beach huge clawfoot bathtub in main level master suite The host is very helpful and responsive, taking care of a couple of minor issues with lightning speed and efficiency! If you are looking for a QUIET beach vacation, this is your spot! Recommend: dinner at Angelo's or Posey's up the Bay any fresh catch from Millender's Seafood to prepare day trip to St. George Island (lunch at Blue Parrot)
