Great beachside condo

Everything needed for a stay within walking distance to the beach. Easy access to the unit via elevator or stairs, plenty parking, and a community pool option. Property manager was quick to reply to questions & provided clear communication.

Great getaway spot

We had a great getaway to Pawley’s Island and Litchfield beach. The condo was perfect to fix breakfast and go to the beach. It was a good location for beach, activities and restaurants. We look forward to visiting again soon!

We had a few hiccups when arriving, it was hard to find for us but the owners were great and walked us through it. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, close to the beach (no view), and enough space for us!

Great location

Amazing location steps from the beach. Little dated. Master bedroom was great, second bedroom has twin beds crammed in it and you can’t close the bedroom door. A switch to a stacked twin over full bunk is in order. Otherwise I’d stay again.

Great location, comfortable beds, cool air!

Owners were responsive and attentive. Downsides are no washer and dryer in unit and limited kitchen utensils, but didn't bother us. There's a laundry mat on each floor, I believe. Location was perfect and beds were comfortable! AC worked great.

Great Condo

We stayed in this comfortable condo steps away from the beach. The room accommodated us and our 4 girls well. We used the kitchen area a good bit to avoid our girls refusing to eat at a restaurant. It worked very well. I grilled a lot while there. We enjoyed our stay!

Condo was as advertised. Beach access was easy and pool was very nice. Stairs in condo were not a problem for us, but some may find them challenging.

Perfect Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic - close to everything we needed and just a short walk to the beach. The complex was quiet but family friendly. The pool was a great break from the beach. The condo itself was clean and well kept. It had everything we needed for our stay. All of the furniture was cozy and clean. We all slept well in the comfortable beds. We had no issues and will definitely book again!

Night of a Thousand Candles Weekend-Brookgreen Gardens

Location was great, especially for the event. We had great food choices close by, Pawleys Island Tavern for lunch, Awesome burgers! & Rustic Table for dinner, Blackened Mahi over dirty grits, fantastic! Walked on the beach and even tested out the ocean. Great place and shopping was very close by as well.

Wonderful weekend!

We really enjoyed the location of condo. Very easy walk to the beach with ramp access, great for stroller & wagons. Enjoyed the pool & grills. So glad that there is an elevator, so helpful unpacking. Did not realize that it is a 2 story condo, I misread thinking it was just a few steps. Not great with small kids, needed a baby gate but did not bring. Also the bathrooms are downstairs with the bedrooms, no bathroom on main floor.

Pawleys Island

Unit was nice, but the steps to bedrooms and both Bath rooms was a hassle. The Patio door was hard to open and close and the screen door would not stay on it's track. Also, the curtain in the small bedroom did not block the light from the sign outside, a bit annoying. Beach was great there, and a short walk. Would be nice if one of the closets under the unit was available to store beach stuff Dryers were not in service all week. Overall we had a good time.

It was ok...

Property could use some TLC. Towels laid out were stained, main shower was not cleaned before we arrived, vents very rusted and dusty, etc. Guest room door does not open past bed. Blinds broken, patio door hard to open/close, and unstable patio furniture. Listing says two parking spots, one covered - that is incorrect (no covered spot.) We have stayed in the neighboorhood at many properties spanning over a decade. For the price and reputation of the neighborhood- this property should be better mantained. Check in was super easy and proximity to beach was great!

Nice getaway!

The condo is located in a nice community in North Litchfield, was very clean and a short walk to the beach. It is an older condominium that has been recently updated. Communication before and during was excellent. My only concern was the 12 steep, narrow steps down to the only bathrooms (and bedrooms) in the condo. I had my elderly parents with me and it was almost impossible for them to navigate the stairs. The listing under accessibility states “suitable for elderly and children.” I would disagree strongly that the steps are NOT suitable for elderly or very young children. I prayed every time they went down them. The listing does make one statement under faqs “ Step free- elevator access- steps required for bedroom access.” It should also list bathrooms as there is not one upstairs either. Other than the stairs it was a great condo, but I would update the accessibility listing as it is not accurate.

Great little getaway

The condo is located in a nice community in North Litchfield. It was clean and well stocked and a short walk from the ocean. It is an older condominium that has been recently updated. I received great communication prior to the reservation and during the trip with my contact who couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. My only concern was the deep steps to the bedrooms and bathrooms. I had my elderly parents with me and would not have rented it had I known. The listing on VRBO states under accessibility “suitable for elderly and children.” I would disagree, there are 12 steep steps to get to the only bathrooms in the condo. I literally prayed every time they went downstairs and it was very hard for them. It would be very dangerous for toddlers too. I went back to the listing and found one statement under FAQs “step free elevator access- stairs required for bedroom access.” So, it was my fault that I didn’t see that. Other than that the condo was perfect.

Issues

Unit was supposed to have a bedroom upstairs. All bedrooms were down a flight of stairs . I just had a knee replacement so it was a problem . The WiFi signal disappeared each morning . A couple of afternoons it came back . The property was being painted so half of the parking lot was unavailable. The couch in the living room was worn out . And the seats on both toilets were loose .
