This brand new lower suite has it's own private entrance, own heating system, own laundry. It is 3 minutes away from superstore, cineplex odeon, shoppers drug mart, and the biggest YMCA in Calgary.
Come and discover you won't be disappointed.

Enjoy staying at this cozy and beautiful newly built legal lower suite in the quiet neighbourhood of Seton in southeast Calgary. The lower suite has its own entrance with a doorbell that contributes to your privacy during your stay.

This suite is close to South Health Campus, The Real Canadian Superstore, Save on Food, Cineplex Odeon, Shopper Drug Mart and the biggest YMCA in Calgary.
The bus stop is a few steps away, and it takes 2 minutes of driving to join Alberta 2 highway, making connecting with the entire town easier. Also easy to connect with nearby cities like Okotoks, High River, Black Diamonds and many more.

The beautiful lower suite has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and two closets that can accommodate up to 5 guests. The rooms are very bright as the house opens to a large yard.

A fully equipped kitchen has :
– a stove,
– oven,
– dishwasher,
– Over-the-range microwave,
– big fridge, rice cooker,
– coffee maker,
– kettle, cooking pots,
– toaster,
– frying pans and,
– cutlery.
So you have everything to make meals for yourself and your family during your stay.

You will have your private laundry room with shelving
Clean towels and bedding are available to you in case you need them or need extra

The living room is a cozy place with a 50” TV with cable; you will have access to
- Netflix, Amazon prime video and much more.

There is a free fast-speed internet fibre 300 suitable for professionals who need to do conference videos or work during their stay. Ethernet (wired internet) is available as well.

This in-suite has its own furnace, so you will have an ensuite thermostat to set up the temperature of the rooms at your convenience.

Parking is available on the premises and on the street.

Safety: there are 3 cameras on the property outdoors and a fire extinguisher in the suite.

Had my mom out to Calgary. Place was excellent. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Canmore and Banff. Lots of amenities around. Would stay again!

Nice place with good amenities

The check-in process was easy and despite a basement apartment it was very comfortable and peaceful without any noise etc. Plenty of parking on the streets in front and around.All amenities were available for the family.The host was approachable and helpful as well.

Perfect Little Getaway

Great little space that was a perfect basecamp for our day trips in Calgary and beyond. Be advised that parking gets a little busy on the street but we got lucky. Also, take the note seriously about running all of the fans and opening the windows whenever toasting/cooking anything.

Very clean, easy to find, very convenient access to highway, nicely decorated. Loved the fact that it has a full kitchen. However, there were no proper cutting/chopping knives (only a bread knife and steak knives), the only frying pan was small with the non-stick coating peeling off (we didn't use it), and there was not even salt or sugar so bring your own stuff if you plan on doing any cooking.

Calgary swim meet

Place is small but has everything you need. Parking was a bit of pain as the streets are crowded and you can only park on one side of the street. You can park in the driveway to unload so you don’t have to carry all your bags down the street. Overall great stay.

Nice place

The place was the same as posted and very clean. My son and I enjoyed staying there for five days. It’s located in a new neighborhood down south, so was a bit of driving for wherever I wanted to go. Deerfoot trail exit is close enough to make driving easier though. Prepare your cutting knife and spices including salt.

The suite was exceptional, however the owner gave us 15 minutes warning that he had a painter coming in to do touch ups. Not good planning.

Very nice and confortable place. The kitchen was missing a few essential items; spoons, butter & cutting knives, and dish rags. A few more toilets paper rolls would have been appreciated. Parking was not always available close by.

I did stay at the suite from 15-17 was amazing and with great experience. The suite was neat clean and tidy. Had all the facilities in there. Was more like a home even though it was a basement suite. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.
