A Private, Modern, Clean, Cozy and Well-appointed lower level fully furnished two bedroom suite. *We live above the suite, so you may hear my young kiddos running around.* Nestled in one of the newest communities of Calgary in Belmont. - Quiet neighbourhood streets and few minutes away from main highways Stoney Trail and Macleod Trail allowing of easy access and travel to anywhere in the City.

Legal Secondary Suite with separate furnace & thermostat to control your heating

✔ Cozy Newly built 2 bedroom Upgraded Lower suite in a brand new home with extremely comfortable queen size beds and Pillows
✔ Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, OTR microwave, full size Fridge and MORE..

Clean bachelor suite. I can only give 4 *, as there were some small items that should be addressed. The pathway paving stones were spread too far apart, with rocks between the pavers, you had to be very careful of where you were stepping. The entrance door lock is too dark, almost as if the batteries were low, and made it difficult to see the numbers. TV does not have regular channels, PBS in nature.

We stayed for a week while attending the Masters Tournament at Spruce Meadows. The location was perfect. The suite was lovely - we were able to set up a little home away from home. Very comfortable beds! Elijah was the perfect host - very responsive to a couple of small queries and very friendly. The suite was clean and well maintained- we would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this charming VRBO for a week and found much to appreciate. The suite was cute, cozy, and impressively clean, with well-appointed bedrooms and a delightful kitchen. The internet and TV service were also top-notch, enhancing our comfort and enjoyment. The host was kind and attentive. That said, I have a couple of suggestions that could make future stays even better. Firstly, it’s worth noting that the suite is located in the basement, which may not be obvious from the ad. While it was quaint and cozy, potential guests might appreciate knowing about the lack of natural light.Secondly, I encountered an issue with the accessibility and safety of the walkway leading to the side door. The path consists of large rocks and scattered concrete blocks. Unfortunately, this makes navigating with luggage difficult and poses a risk of injury. I believe that enhancing the path with a more stable and consistent surface, possibly rerouting it around the air conditioner, would significantly improve safety and convenience.Overall, with a few modifications, this location has the potential to provide an even more wonderful experience for its guests.

Beautiful and clean suite but it was a bit smaller than expected. But that was OK for us since we were out sightseeing all day. The host kept in contact and was very easy to reach. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Beautiful and affordable suite in Calgary

We enjoyed our stay, it was a clean and comfortable place to unwind after a day of seeing the sights! Very clean and welcoming, easy check in. Lots of street parking and quiet neighbourhood, convenient location. Kitchen was well appointed and full size appliances - allowed us to make tea, meals, and settle into home away from home. Good communication with hosts and appreciate their consideration of us during our stay. 5 stars and would booknagain!

Great stay!

Comfortable beds, convenient location, and everything we needed. We were especially grateful for the playpen and highchair, TWO bedrooms apart from the small cosy livingroom/kitchen area, and the friendliness of our hosts.

Our stay was was relaxing and fun.

We arrived on Friday evening and settled in very nicely. There was to be 4 adults but one person had surgery and was unable to join us. The accommodations were just as described very clean. The only things that caused a little bit of issues were the stone walkway was a little difficult to deal with because I have walking problems on rough ground. Also my husband wanted to watch TV but could not find his sport channel. However, we had a great time and would definitely stay again . Thank you so much .

Perfect for our trip to RMSJ. 5 minutes drive from the grounds. Apartment was cozy and clean. Great to have washer and dryer in the unit.

Perfect Spruce Meadows Lodging

While showing at Spruce Meadows, Elijah’s 2-bedroom was a perfect place to stay: clean with plenty of amenities, excellent parking in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to the barn, dining options, and freeway. Elijah is an outstanding host. I hope to see you next year!
