- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located on the front of the home, facing outward toward the driveway, street, lake, and entrance. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and continue recording for 10 seconds
- There aren't any boat ramps/docks on site
- The Climax Springs area is seasonal. Most activities are not open during the fall and winter. Please reach out to the local visitors' center for more information
