This 2 bedroom modern apartment located in the 'Ariva' complex offers a fresh open plan look and features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and microwave. It offers an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and a secure car space. There is air conditioning and a coffee machine and a sunny balcony off the living area with a small outdoor setting to enjoy the city and harbour views.

The main bedroom offers a walk in robe and opens out to the balcony with harbour views. The second bedroom is fitted with a built in robe. This was a great property, great central location fantastic views over the harbour and everything we needed I would definitely stay here again

Holiday in Newcastle

Our holiday was going well until we tried to get into this accommodation at Newcastle (I had not brought the lock key code and couldn't access my emails) so had to ring the Property Manager Leanne from "Accommodation Around Newcastle". She didn't pick up and I left 4 messages. While waiting for her to ring back my husband checked the lockbox and found it was unlocked so we managed to get in. But Leanne rang us later twice - seemingly irrate that we had contacted her in the first place and also irrate that we had got in without needing the code. Even though it was not our fault she threatened to contact the police in both phonecalls and really ruined our week with her nasty insinuations that we had broken in. It was actually her responsibility that the lockbox was left unlocked and totally unnecessary for her to lose it with us. My husband could not get off the phone with her the second time for about 10-15 minutes - totally unnecessary. She is completely inappropriate for dealing with the public and I would suggest avoiding any property that is handled by her through "Accommodation Around Newcastle". Website pictures were also NOT accurate - with walls in poor state i.e. black marks and dents everywhere. Very average condition.
