Actually Relaxing Vacation

We had a great time at this house! It was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. The back porch and deck on the dune also amazing and just what I wanted! The couple of reasons I took a star off is all three showers need some work. They work fine enough, but the heads in the 2 main showers need some attention and the bonus room bathroom needs some drain help. Also the kitchen could use some new basic cooking tools and pans. Last thing is just a warning for anyone who brings pets with them, the yard is full of burrs and cacti that are very pokey to paws. Really though the pros outweighed the cons and I’d definitely stay here again.

Everything about it was exceptional! The lovely knotty pine walls and Ceilings ,.the sturdy tiled showers with the best water pressure ever,the views,the space,the deep sinks,the layout,the extra bonus apartment! It was the best house we have ever rented and we can’t wait to rent it again ! Exquisite.

Quiet getaway...

The paneling could use with some light paint to brighten it up, and the lighting could be updated. As the beach house sits down below the dunes, on an overcast day it felt like being in a cave.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bad stay no TV or internet the whole week. I lost a bid on a job due to no internet. Maintenance was called 6 to 8 times I was told that spectrum would come friday, and no one ever came. Plumbing was in bad shape. House didn't match the internet pictures. The worse beach trip that I ever had will not rent from this company again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the experience was good. Most of our party slept in the main room. That was the only TV we could get to work. The coffee pot was cracked and eventually broke but we were able to use the one in the suite. I'm sure if we had contacted the management about this they would have provided another. The property was a bit dated but you can tell a lot is being done to update the property. We would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great! Having the 2nd suite was great really liked that part of the house. The big back sitting area was very to have as well.However, the main house was very poorly maintained. The back door did not close properly, the lighting is absolutely awful. The showers were very small and had zero lightly. The outside water hose for rising off leaks and is very frustrating (very simple and cheap fix). But with all items above, we had a great time and loved our stay. Up grading the lighting would go a very long way.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation with family.We chose this house because it was all one floor and my husband is handicapped. The house was not listed as handicapped accessible however. The toilets are very low to the floor, the doorways are not wide to the bathrooms and he could not walk straight in to the bathroom with his walker. The dressers and furniture is a little outdated and the house is rather dark even with lights on You can’t really see the ocean from the porch area and walking over the dune to get to the beach and back to the house can be challenging with beach equipment and carrying babies...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was OK, but dark. There was no ocean view from the deck as shown in the picture, due to beach enhancements. The HVAC unit stopped working on Monday, and was not repaired until Friday; the property management company did not make any contact with us to offer any assistance, such as window units or additional fans. After renting from this property management company for >30 years, I was very disappointed in the lack of concern or customer service from the property management company.

Good location, bad description

Was a great location next to beach and beach access restaurants shops etc but had separate 1 bedroom lock off apartment from street that was not provided and only had three bedrooms available not 4 as listed. Bedding fixtures bathrooms all dated and worn.
