Vista al mar y acceso a la playa, piscina climatizada gratis.

Sunrise Surf House se encuentra frente al mar, justo al otro lado de la calle de la playa, con excelentes vistas. El acceso a la playa está a solo 2 casas al otro lado de la calle. El centro comercial Southern Shores Crossing está a solo tres casas de distancia, y tiene dos buenos restaurantes (Coastal Provisions and Steamers), pizza, helados, tiendas e incluso una sala de escape. Nuestra gran piscina se calentará en otoño y primavera. También tenemos un jacuzzi para 6 personas en la terraza de la piscina. ¡Ven y visita!

Mary and Andy’s place had literally everything you needed. The kitchen was very well stocked, the pool had plenty of toys, plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, a convenient beach cart, bath soap/shampoo, laundry detergents, dish soap, honestly everything you needed they had! Everything was clean and tidy upon arriving. The first floor fridge was especially helpful for keeping beach drinks/food. I would suggest a retractable baby gate at the top of the stairs as the one installed was very much in the way. We can’t wait to return next year.

This was our second time returning to Sunrise Surf and we couldn’t be more pleased! The house was recently repainted and furniture updated. Mary and Andy are such wonderful hosts, always just a phone call or text away. The location couldn’t be more perfect. We spent a lot of dinner tom in Corolla, Duck, Nags Head and Manteo, all approx 10-20 minutes away with typical traffic The most beautiful sunrises can be seen from the decks of those and beach access is right across the street, of which we took full advantage of! Pool and hot tub are and clean with all the amenities you need! We truly live this house and will consider no other when traveling to OBX!

Perfect spot for a perfect family vacation

The place was clean and provides multiple places for gathering in groups. The decks, the pool, game room, and living room allowed family members opportunities to be together or be alone. Everyone loved the outdoor shower.

Wonderful, well-appointed house

My family had a wonderful week in this house. It was clean, comfortable, and had good details like high quality linens, a spare fridge, and lots of beach equipment. The pool is a good size and the outdoor area has lots of seating and a good grill. This is the nicest house we have ever rented using vrbo, I recommend it highly.

So much fun!

Family of 6 adults and 3 children had a great time. The beach house is comfortable and has a good location- 5 minute walk to beach. Also, walking distance to restaurants and Walgreens. Additionally, pool was perfect! We spent mornings at beach and afternoons at pool. Wonderful vacation for all ages!

Amazing property, location, host!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. It was all we hoped for and more! Appreciate the special extra touches to include fresh cut flowers and even a happy birthday balloon for my mother (since I mentioned we were coming to celebrate her 80th!). The weather was not the most cooperative so having the pool and hot tub right there made all the difference-- we could enjoy small windows of opportunity to get outside and in the water. Definitely hope to visit again next year!

Wonderful

Mary and Andy are wonderful to work with. The home has everything you need. The pool and hot tub were great and they provide floats as well. We did not use them but they have a beach cart and beach chairs also. We loved relaxing on the deck listening to the waves crash. We had a great mini-vacation and look forward to renting from them again!!

Would have helped to know layout

The online photos and description accurately represent the property, and the price is right for the accommodations. Mary is a great host and responded immediately to any communications. The beach access is right across the street, and although the street is very busy, traffic stops at the crosswalk for pedestrians. We were pleasantly surprised that the pool was already open for the season on our stay and it was clean and heated. It would have been helpful for our group to know the layout. I haven't seen it described by others, but maybe I missed it. The ground floor is basically a game room, with a very helpful fridge for drinks and snacks by the pool. There is a curving staircase to the second floor, where all four bedrooms and two bathrooms are. Then there is another curving staircase to the top floor where the kitchen, dining and living areas are. One of our family members has bad knees, and the two sets of stairs and the way the stairs were curved was difficult to navigate, but our fault for not asking before booking. But it was great to have the game room separated, so that older teens could stay up and come and go without disturbing those of us who wanted to go to bed early. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The location has very easy access to both Kitty Hawk/KDH and to Duck. In addition to the restaurants already mentioned, Vilai's Thai was very close by and great thai food.

Stay at the SUNRISE SURF!!

Mary and her husband were exceptional hosts! My sister and her boyfriend arrived a bit earlier then the rest of us .. but they were pleasantly greeted by Mary and her husband.. Making sure they can get into the house easily and to let them know to reach out if any issues arise. The house was perfect for my family of 6 and our 2 Dogs. Very neat and clean! The view is my absolute favorite part, I recommend waking up to watch the sunrise, you won't regret it! The walk to the beach is about 2 minutes! We used the supplied wagon to bring all of our chairs / beach games! This house had it all, the space, the views, the pool, the hot tub the short walk to the beach.. If you are looking for a place to stay I would 100% recommend this home. Thank you to the hosts! It was just what we were looking for! I'm upset I forgot to write in your guests vacation book!! Next time :)

An amazing experience!

Sunrise Surf is in an ideal location…a bike ride away from Duck and just a short drive to Corolla, KDH and Nags Head. With beach access just across the street (2 houses down) and it’s own pool and hot tub, you could not ask for more! The house itself is clean and large, three floors that perfectly fit our two families. All bedrooms rooms are equipped with modern televisions and Wi-Fi is strong. Mary and Andy were perfect hosts, always available and very friendly! Highly recommend!

Great Beach House!

This is a great beach house, it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and has a nice view of the water. Pool was large and clean. The kitchen is small but serviceable. There’s an extra fridge downstairs. Beds are comfortable, rooms are bright and it was nice to be able to bring our dogs. It’s walking distance from a great restaurant, Steamers, an ice cream parlor and an escape room. Would definitely stay again.

Just Right!

Spending a week relaxing in this charming beach home was such a pleasure. The Southern Shores location saved us from sitting idle in a long line of northbound traffic and also provided easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. The house was fun, clean & well organized. We especially enjoyed the large pool & foos ball table. Mary & Andy were great and easy to work with. I Can’t wait to return again soon!

Good Times

Mary was an excellent host. She made sure we had everything we needed while also giving us space. The heated pool and hot tub was our favorite part. The house is very close to the beach. The only negative is hearing all the traffic go by but with good music, good company, and good vibes it should not be a problem. 5 stars!

Sunrise Surf House – Ideal Central Location for OBX Vacation!

Sunrise Surf House was convenient to all areas of OBX and was the perfect location with very close beach access right across the street, short walking distance to local restaurants, and a very short drive to Walmart and grocery stores. The house was very clean with plenty of amenities --- plush towels, bathrobes, hot tub on the pool deck, private pool with floats and fun pool toys, beach equipment, game room on the ground floor, pet-friendly, and so much more plus an awesome ocean view from the upper deck. After a day at the beach or sightseeing, it was nice to relax in the hot tub and the pool. The fresh flowers on the kitchen table added a very special touch. Mary and Andy were exceptional hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one! They were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. Thank you, Mary and Andy, for your gracious hospitality!
