Really good experience

Stayed at the house with my in-laws, and everyone thought the house was fabulous. Tons of space for five adults and a four year old. Really well stocked kitchen and cozy living spaces. We'd love to stay there again!

This property was exactly as advertised! Our family had a wonderful stay at this historic spacious home, with modern updates. Our flight was really delayed coming into Boston, so it was great to wake up and have coffee available to make without running to the store!! The backyard was fantastic. Plenty of chairs for everyone to sit and enjoy the property with all the greenery. Great patio . The location was very convenient to all the places we were visiting. The owner was fantastic. Text me to find out our arrival time. Found out it was a late arrival, so had the cleaning company leave the outside lights on and an inside light on. This house was clean and had plenty of towels for everyone one. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!!!

We were so happy with this wonderful, historic home in Royalston, Ma. We were in town for a wedding and no room at my sister’s house so I was so lucky to find this location. Very welcoming host even before we arrived. Beautiful kitchen and plenty of room for up to 8 guests, even though there were just 4 of us. What’s important to me in a VRBO are clean and gently used bedding and towels and furniture in good condition. Updated kitchen, too Access to a large laundry room was a plus. I will be back!

Lovely Property in the True Old New England Style

This uniquely charming property has tons of space and all the modern conveniences while maintaining the old New England country look and feel of its heritage. It's practically a historic landmark, but it feels fresh too. It's somewhat far from town, so the location is perfect if you want secluded quiet. But you can still get to the Starbucks and shopping in Athol in 15 minutes if you need that. Everything went smoothly. Reserve with confidence.
