Apartment De Luxe 300mÂČ - 7 Chambres -Next to Parc Monceau Gate- Paris 8
This exceptional apartment of very high standing of 300 m2, renovated in accordance with the rules of art using noble materials, located in an old mansion of the 19th century. We have recently added portable air condition units in the apartment.
Niched on a leafy 8th arrondissement avenue, this elegant 7 bedroom apartment has a hint of decadence to it with its sweeping parquet floors, marble fireplaces and smartly designed furnishings. Only recently renovated, it's also a space made for entertaining with huge reception rooms and four-and-a-half meter high ceilings. The bedrooms on the other hand are cozy cocoons perfect for resting in after a long day. To top it off, you're only a 15-minute walk away from the Champs Elysées.
It has all the necessary amenities like internet Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, television, a huge library, heating, fans, linens and quality towels, among others. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for the day to day, in addition to washer, dryer and dishwasher.

This is the residential part of the affluent 8th arrondissement, tucked just behind the Champs Elysées but without the tourists. Your neighbors will mainly be wealthy families but you will also come across quite a few workers going to the office too. It's a safe part of town, well positioned for exploring more vibrant neighborhoods like Batignolles, Pigalle, or even Grands Boulevards. You'll find lots of high-end shops around Madeleine.
The Champs Elysees is one of the most famous streets in the world, so be prepared to come up against a fair few tourists, though you can sidestep the hordes pretty easily by exploring the side streets just off the main drag. For most, it's a mandatory stop, if only to catch a glimpse of the monumental Arc de Triomphe which crowns the avenue and which was commissioned by NapolĂ©on to celebrate the armies of empire. The imposing tree-lined avenue is home to a mix of chain stores and luxury brands which, once passed, will take you down to La Concorde, where youâll find some nice green areas, the French Government buildings, as well as the Grand Palais - a must-see for art and architecture fans alike. Don't miss Rue Saint HonorĂ© - the epitome of chic Parisian shopping which take you all the way to the hip independent bars and shops of Le Marais.
