The kitchen was not fully equipped. Had a full compliment of pots/pans but NO STOVE. There were no dishwasher pods so left the dishwasher full of dirty dishes, less the ones we washed by hand. The bedrooms were clean & comfortable & bathrooms were fully stocked. BBQ was not cleaned.

What a wonderful and comfortable place to stay! Wineries 5 min away, NOTL 7 min, Niagara Falls 20 min. Our group of 6 adults found it very relaxing. Lots of restaurants close by Only caveats: no laundry, no stove, one shower. Not a showstopper for us, just be aware. (no warming of fresh baguettes, sadly) Would happily stay here again!

Clean and comfortable. Easy communication with the host and quick responses to any questions. I would have liked a shower in the upstairs bathroom, in addition to the one on the lower floor, but it wasn't much of a problem. The property is well lit with plenty of parking and beautiful grounds.

It’s such a cute space and lovely to be in the vineyard. So close to many wineries and just a five-minute drive from the old town area. Just a heads up that there is not a full kitchen, just a microwave and toaster – but there are so many amazing restaurants around you won’t want to cook anyway! The upstairs bathroom only has a bathtub so everyone has to shower in the one bathroom downstairs. There is a firepit on the property but it is only for host use, guests are not allowed to use it. The hosts do live on site and can answer any of your questions.

Niagara Falls without the crowds

We spent 3 nights here to have easy access to Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and Buffalo, NY. 4 adults in our 60’s. We had to share 1 shower but otherwise was an adequate place. Very peaceful location.

We loved the villa, it was beautiful. The location was perfect for going to Niagara Falls and downtown Niagara on the lake. Communication was very good with host.

The Villa was absolutely perfect for our stay we enjoyed sitting out on the patio it was so calm and quiet. NOTL is a wonderful place to visit. Absolutely beautiful. So many flowers and good places to eat. Just a 20min drive to the falls. It was nice to come back to get away from the busy falls area.

Enjoyable retreat

The Villa in the Vines is absolutely the perfect spot for a get away retreat with friends. It’s ideally located away from busy streets and noise in the middle of a vineyard. Rob and Kathy (hosts) have thought of everything in their villa to make you feel comfortable. With three bedrooms, everyone got their own room! It was a close drive to shopping, restaurants and of course the wineries. We would highly recommend this spot!

Wonderful home and area

The hosts were great and accommodating. The area is beautiful and lots to see in the town of Niagra-On-The-Lake. Close to Niagra Falls and that area as well. Got to visit wineries and brought some home. Very clean and homey house. We didn't realize about no stove but we got along. Would stay when it was warmer then we could have grilled out. Still was a wonderful stay and can't say enough good about the experience,

Rob and Cathy we super easy to deal with before and during our stay. Having them right next door was convenient for anything you needed but you didn’t feel like you were being watched. Having a stove would be the only suggestion I would make. We had great weather so cooked outside and didn’t impact us. Overall a great stay and would definitely come back and recommend.

Great spot, hosts were very friendly and the unit was clean, we would stay again. Only thing I would note is that the 2nd bathroom shower wasn’t in working condition when we were there. Not sure if this was noted in the listing and ultimately wasn’t a big deal, but we did have to share the shower between 6 guests. Other than that the place was great.

Great stay

Perfect location for our group of 6. Very nice property and hosts were very kind. Was in town for dinner/concert, but enjoyed some runs and bike rides along with wineries in area.
