Freshly Squeezed - Private Pool! West End! Beachfront!!!

"Freshly Squeezed" - (Maximum Guests 24 --- 22 people in Beds)

"Freshly Squeezed" is your dream vacation dream home located on the West end of Panama City Beach. It has 6 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 half bathrooms, and will sleep 22 people. It features a private beachfront pool, direct access to the beach, and is perfect for your beach getaway.

As you first walk in the front door, there is a small living area with a flat screen TV. Down the hallway is a kitchenette (with refrigerator), half bathroom, and a door leading to the outside deck area where you will have your charcoal grill and outside bar seating area overlooking the beach.

On the second floor you will see a great open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 8-10 guests (plus extra seating at the bar), a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV. Guests can enjoy all of this space while looking out the full windows and glass doors at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The outside deck features your private pool and a lounge seating area, perfect for watching the waves and relaxing. Down the hall there will be a half bathroom and two bedrooms with private en-suites. One bedroom features a queen over king bunk bed, a flat screen TV, and a private en-suite with shower/tub combo. Across the hall is a king size bedroom also with a flat screen TV and private en-suite with a walk-in shower.

Head up to the third floor and you will find enough sleeping for 12 guests! On the north side of the home is a king size bedroom with private en-suite with shower/tub combination and across from the hall is a queen over king bunk bedroom. Just outside this bedroom is a shared en-suite and a twin bunk bed nook, each with its own flat screen TV overhead. Right next to the nook you'll find the laundry room with full washer/dryer set. There are two king master suites on this top floor, each with their own private en-suite, a flat screen TV, and best of all, direct access to a furnished glass balcony overlooking the beach.

Loved the house. Had 19 ladies staying for our 9th annual beach retreat. It’s right on the beach which is what we were looking for. The pool that is advertised is really just the size of a large hot tub. It says it sleeps 24 but not sure how they come up with that number. The listing for the beds changed twice since we booked the house. We had to use air mattresses for some. A second oven for that many people would be a good idea. Kitchen fridge had a broken shelf so lost some storage space there. Having said this, we did love the house. Had a great time.

Family Vacation

The refrigerator and stove definitely need replacing. Only two useable shelves and not enough ice for our family. The owner definitely needs to get new appliances.

Beautiful home on the beach - has everything you need

The home was beautiful, spacious, well decorated and furnished, completely stocked kitchen. Great location. Easy access to beach. Heated pool on deck. Owner/management very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. We were here with a group of friends for New Years and everyone enjoyed their time here.

Unkept property

We were very disappointed with the condition of the home. Upon check in everything looked ok until it was time to sleep. Upon checking the beds all lined had stains and droplets. There were blood stains on some of the sheets. The bathroom stall had hair on the walls. Some of the bathroom bulbs were not working. The dust on the blinds was so thick you could write a note on it. We spent the first night doing laundry for six rooms. I have been using Vrbo since 2017 we have even used this app to secure rentals overseas and never had this experience. This was the absolute worst. Will not book this one again.

Best vacation EVER!

The house is amazing! So much room! A group of us “old” people took our adult children and it was perfect. The size, the balconies, the beach, all of it. What a wonderful place to gather together. We will definitely be renting this house again.

Great vacation home!

We had a large group and this house was perfect for our family. The kitchen/dining room/living room area was open and spacious and the view from balcony was amazing! The beach was perfect, not too crowded. Absolute perfect location. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and space

We really appreciated all the amenities. The pool was great for the little kids, bbq was nice, ample space inside. Really nice views from the balconies/deck. Only complaint was floors weren’t cleaned well prior to our arrival. There were crumbs/grit on them.

Floors need mopped

Floors were dirty and needed a good mopping couldn’t walk around barefoot if you did your feet turned black which is gross that’s the worst thing . Tv didn’t work in 1 room beds were very noisy getting in and out .

Me and my family enjoyed every bit of this beautiful home and the view was amazing .Some family members did not leave out of the home because everything we needed was right there. The private pool was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. Also very clean and well kept . Enough space for all of us to enjoy.

Great Property- Beware Property Owner Charge for Everything

My family had an amazing stay at this rental. It is comfortable and very clean. Giving a 4 star overall review due to overall value. Having stayed at beach rentals every year for annual family vacations, we found this property to be the most penny-pinching, especially given the generous price being paid. Property was very clear that only one soap and toilet paper per bathroom would be provided in addition to one small dish soap, tide pod, and dishwasher pod for the kitchen. Additionally, regular beach rentals usually provide beach chairs and other beneficial beach items. This property offered to charge for this (instead we brought our own chairs and umbrellas from home). We were told the house was empty for the two nights before our check-in. Because of this, we asked if an early check-in a couple of hours early was possible. We were told it was possible as an additional cost. They also have a hefty fee schedule for rules that are broken which is covered by a security deposit. Overall, it is a great property, but it wants to charge for everything in addition to its nightly rate.

Beautiful home!

Freshly Squeezed is a beautiful home! The property is exactly like the listing pictures, new and immaculate. The beachfront is amazing, you never have to leave. The one thing I would say that presented challenges was the bare nature of the house. Not only needing to buy trash bags and paper towel, but there wasn't even a vacuum or cleaning spray/wipes to clean up any spills with. That along with things like salt/pepper for cooking would have been helpful to have for such a short weekend trip. For longer stays those it makes sense to buy those for the trip but it was a waste to have to buy all of that and throw it out two days later. Overall though would highly recommend this house!

Perfect Winter Get Away!

Fantastic house! We are a family of 12, we had SOO much room to spread out. One of the best house set ups we have ever rented. Pool was small but a perfect size for our 4 grandkids which was the most important. The kids enjoyed the beach as well as playing on the covered deck. We arrived after dark and the house was well lit for us as well as tv's on and remotes where we could find them. It was a very warm welcome after a long day of travel. We will be returning to freshly squeezed, hopefully soon!

Making Memories

A great house to enjoy a week at the beach with 4 generations. We had plenty of room and space for our family of 11. The great location with direct access to the beach, proximity to shops and restaurants (30A just a 15 minutes away) made for an awesome get away.

Three-Family Vaca!

16 people aged 12 and up slept perfectly! House is true to the pics! Nothing beats a home on the beach: come and go from the ocean as you please, meals, drinks and snacks right there anytime, everyone on their own schedule. Two refrigerators really helped, big kitchen was great, tons of parking for several vehicles. Seriously....no complaints.
