With seven bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, The Oasis accommodates up to 18 guests, making it perfect for family reunions, weddings, or multi-family vacations. On the first floor, you’ll find a welcoming living area with a Smart TV, a gourmet kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops and two beautifully appointed bedrooms. Whether you’re whipping up snacks for the beach or hosting a coastal-inspired dinner, the kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs.

The second floor features the primary suite, complete with a walk-in closet, balcony access and stunning Gulf views. Two additional bedrooms are located on this floor, along with a cozy lounge and kitchenette. Step through the lounge to discover a spacious covered deck featuring an electric fireplace, plenty of seating and an outdoor TV, creating the perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment.

On the third floor, you’ll find two more bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. These bedrooms are separated by a poker table and an additional lounge area, offering a private space to unwind after a day of adventure. Quartz countertops throughout the home ensure a seamless touch of luxury in every corner.

We just returned from a stay at The Oasis. Overall, we enjoyed the home and most everything it had to offer. The reservation process was easy and the staff were quick to respond to any questions. We had a couple of small issues during the week and maintenance quickly responded. Ample parking for up to six vehicles if they are not all large vehicles. A convenience market is across the street. Thomas Donuts is about three tenths of a mile away. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. All outside seating areas offer great views of the Gulf and beach. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of dining seating. There is a Big Green Egg grill on site. First time using one and I loved it. Now I want one. We used it a couple of times. Every bedroom has a television and private bathroom except for the second-floor bunk room. However, there is a bathroom across the hall from it. Beds were comfortable. The second floor living area with the kitchenette was nice and has a couple of sliding doors to close it off for privacy. Extra refrigerator space was a plus. The second floor outside space has a television and several pieces of lounge furniture. Also has a pool table and the table components to convert it to a ping-pong table. Everyone enjoyed this area during the day. Each floor has its own thermostat and the AC worked great. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Private boardwalk goes all the way out to the beach. We also had a small beach wedding. Do consider staying here.

A Week at the Beach

A week at the beach in the Panhandle has been the beginning of the summer for our family for 40 years. We have outgrown 3 or 4 houses as time has passed. The Oasis was one of the few houses available with enough space for our 3 generation family. This was our first stay here, and our first in Panama City Beach. The house and the rooms are spacious and easily accommodated our group of 7 adults, one 4 yo, and two 2 yo's. The boardwalk to the beach has just 4 stairs so getting up and back was easy even for the kiddo's. In mid-May the beach wasn't too crowded even on the weekends.The noticeable drawbacks of the house are in the common areas. The house has been well used and it's about time for the living room furniture to be replaced or reupholstered. We are a family who has always cooked our own meals at the beach taking advantage of the local seafood. If this were a three or four bedroom house the kitchen would be adequately stocked. But not in a house of this size accommodating a large group.

Absolutely a wonderful house right on the ocean with a pool with amazing sunsets you can’t go wrong, we will most definitely rent this house again and the management company was amazing. Good people to work with. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We had an issue with a mold buildup in the separate ice maker and the Big Green Egg was not suitable for use. We text(no number to call) management company to notify them and got automated responses, it would of been nice to actually speak to someone and discuss problems.

The property was as advertised. We had a family group of 14 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The walkout to the each was fantastic and so was the pool. The house was beautiful and huge with 2 washer/dryer sets and 7+ bathrooms it was great for all the people.

Pros & Cons

House has a FABULOUS location. Loved the vacant lots next door- gave more privacy at the beach. The convince store across the street was great for a slice of pizza or a bag of ice. House has a great floorpan and great for those with teenagers who want their own room. House didn't have many common things we wanted- no cookie sheet or grilling tongs. We had to buy some cooking utensils, which we left there. Knives were very dull which made it hard to cook in this kitchen. The sand from the ocean was often tracked into the house, which is expected. There was no broom to clean the floors. There was a small vacuum but it didn't sit flat on the floor so it was of no use. One bed had ants and another had a cockroach. The outdoor covered area was very nice- large spot in the shade. The upholstery inside and outside the house was very dirty. One barstool we kept a towel on bc it was so stained. I think maybe offering a deep clean of the house during the middle of the week could have been a good option- we would have paid for this.

Wonderful

Common areas were large enough and varied for large groups. Bedrooms/baths were outstanding some with low profile beds and five out of the seven bathrooms had walk-in showers which are preferred by our over 60 crowd.

Great house and location!

Really enjoyed this house and location. Perfect for a family vacation and plenty of space. Could use better Wi-Fi if streaming for all TV’s is required. Updated lock for front door since we had problems with that. We will still be back next year for sure! 😊

I have never felt the need to leave a negative review for a VRBO location, but the state of this property that we encountered deserves publicity. First, the good... The property is as listed, and is beautiful, and the location is quite good. There are no structures in the adjoining 3-4 lots, leaving a nice spot of beach to this house. We had no trouble with AC, although the top floor is a bit warmer. There is ample parking to keep vehicles cool, and the house itself is well appointed. Now the bad... The house was not ready for us at 4PM. There was still personnel there. The cleanliness of the property was simply abysmal. We had ants in multiple beds, and in the bathroom foraging on palmetto bugs. Off putting to say the least. The state of the flatware, dishes and glasses was simply horrific. 80% of these items had brown filth scattered all over them. It appeared that they may not have even been washed. Several items had brown water in them still. Quickly we realized that we could not trust anything in the cabinets, and washed them ourselves. The pool had not been properly cleaned in any way. Three of us swam in the pool and ONLY the pool (no ocean swimming). ALL THREE of us came home with painful earaches. I still cannot hear out of my right ear. This resulted in doctor and an ER visit. We stayed at other locations nearby on this trip and had none of these issues. At this price point, this is unacceptable and I would not stay here ever again.

February at the Oasis

The property was wonderful. The view was beautiful. The house was clean. Beach access was terrific. Our only problem was the pool. I communicated for two weeks re heating the pool. The weather was cool but the kids would use the pool if heated. I was told they would let me know the price before heating. I was finally told the price and gave the go ahead to heat the pool. We arrived on February 15. The pool was cold and I contacted guest services on February 16 to inform them the pool was not heating. It wasn't until I reached out that I was informed the pool heater was not working. This situation could have been communicated to me the first day I inquired about heating the pool. Instead, we anticipated a heated pool and were extremely disappointed that we were misled. My money is being refunded but this whole situation could have been avoided with better communication. I don't know who was responsible to communicate with us -VRBO or the Southern Team but I consider this very poor service.

Family reunion

It was a beautiful home with so much room. A couple issues that were handled promptly. It was cold and we had no ping pong paddles and balls. Lisa went right out and bought us some. A couple safety issues. Top stair on second floor is giving in. Kind of not safe. Nail sticking up on board of 1st floor porch cos floor is coming up. Overall it was amazing and the location was the best ever. Would come again.

A great roomy place to stay with a large family

We had a great 2 week vacation at the house. Here are the goods, the bads and the recommendations to improve the venue: The good: - Great location (close to beach, far enough from crowd) - Very roomy house for a large family - Nice pool with night lightings (you should add a pix of pool to Vrbo); it's a real plus - Outdoor shower - Outdoor grill - Ice maker - Plenty of dishes/glasses/mugs/pots/pans for large group - 2 fridges and 2 washer/dryers - Good A/C system and insulation - Good high-speed internet - Smart TV in every room - Nice walkway all the way out to the sand - Good lighting in general, on the deck, swimming pool, etc. - Management company was quite responsive and addressed our problems quickly The not so good: - Bedrooms on the street side can get noisy from the street traffic, especially around the convenience store - A/C temperature on third floor could not be controlled sometimes - Second Wifi router created problem so we had to turn it off - Electrical wiring on first floor was initially a problem due to corroded patio outlet (but was repaired quickly and should be replaced annually) - Shower doors on 2nd floor don’t close tightly causing our elderly parents to inadvertently spray water out of the shower - Mattresses soft and starting to sag Suggestions for improvements: - Provide beach chairs (4-6), beach umbrellas (2-3) and beach towels so guests don’t have to supply these basic items - Bathrooms need more hooks and towel bars - Bedrooms need more coat hangers and shelves - Add more space for laptops at counter (perhaps add more outlets in the future) - Better if large dinner table had chairs instead of benches - Provide bigger spoons, microwavable dishware and more soup bowls - Would be better if upstairs bedroom siding glass doors do not have sensors so each room can choose to have A/C or fresh ocean air - Some sort of outdoor rack to hang wet clothes/towels - Blinds for upper windows of bunk bed bathroom - Add lights to walkway to the beach Overall this was a wonderful vacation and the roominess of the house made it very comfortable for 12 people.

A relaxing retreat steps away from the Ocean

This property was absolutely amazing. The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Big, comfy furniture, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. The layout is perfect for a large group. Especially great for smaller children. I would love to book this home every time we visit the area. Great communication with the host.

My 70th birthday

The location was perfect and beach was almost like our own private beach! House was spacious and met our family needs great. Pool table was great fun for all. Elevator would have been nice and more utensils in kitchen for our chefs, but we made due. It was a wonderful week for us!

Overpriced, but so lovely!

ON the beach! And very close to a fairly busy street. 3 of the bedrooms face the ocean and are so quiet. 4 of the bedrooms face the street and are noisy at night from street traffic. We loved: the outdoor shower with handheld sprayer for feet, large kitchen for multiple people to be in at the same time, separate ice maker from the freezer, several dishes so you have plenty without needing paper plates between dishwasher runs, 2 laundry rooms, rugs for gathering sand (less sand ended up in the bedrooms), separate A/C units for each floor so each level can be controlled (the 3rd floor was NOT stuffy), lots of pool toys and boogie boards were left by previous people for use, digital entry so no losing keys. Walking distance to Thomas snack shop and ice cream! We did NOT love: ant infestation in the kitchen (pest control came out but did not solve the problem) and it continued upstairs to a bedroom, limited places to hang bathroom towels and wet swimsuits (there is one bar and one loop for a hand towel), the only mirrors are in the bathrooms (this makes it difficult to get ready with a large group, plus short people really struggle), the living space on the 2nd floor needs softer lighting for the evening/nights (a tall lamp would also help light the hallway, especially since the bunk room is on this level--kids--who will be going to the bathroom at night) and the hall lights are beyond bright, the red bricks/tiles around the pool get hot and will burn feet.
