Chateaux 305 - GULF FRONT Condo - Toes in the Sand

Chateaux Condominium’s 1st floor is under construction until mid-March 2026. This is causing noise and vibration throughout the entire building. Discounts for this inconvenience may be available. Please contact us for further information.

One Bedroom, one Bath, direct Gulf front condo with a private balcony only feet from the edge of the sand. The living room has a TV with DVD player, and cable. There is a Queen sleeper sofa and ceiling fan for added comfort. The bedroom has a King size bed, TV with cable and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a door from the hallway and the bedroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The property has an online application operated laundry room on the 1st floor. The beachside heated pool is surrounded by a paver deck that has both open and covered areas, as you choose your sun exposure. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before getting into the pool or coming into the building. There are also two restrooms in the gated pool area. The large built-in gas grill is perfect for the catch of the day watching the surf and sunset, grill tools are provided in your kitchen. This is a smoke-free condo and no pets are allowed. The condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to US and Canada and an assigned parking space. The putt-putt golf "Smugglers Cove" is just across the street, the kids always have fun feeding the little alligators. There are nearby restaurants within walking distance and many just up and down the beach within 2 miles. Please ask your reservation agent about FREE weekday bicycle use.

Relaxing Honeymoon

Everything was as listed, the bedroom is a bit smaller than what the picture allows, no master bath unfortunately but the view is unbeatable, pool was nice and clean at all times and overall a spectacular stay.

place was nice check in was easy. it was quite for the most part. couldn't really use the back desk as people were smoking weed and other things. but over all good time and would rent again.

Annual Family Florida Trip

We were very happy with our stay. We stayed in a different condo across the street the previous year and reserved this place before we left so we knew what the building looked like beforehand. But when we finally got to the condo it was super clean and well put together. The giant glass wall/slider door facing the ocean was just awesome! Our 8 and 12 y/o loved it also even though they had to sleep on the pull out couch. We would definitely stay again.

Great 1 Bedroom condo with a Gulf view

We enjoyed our stay at Chateaux 305. It had all the furnishings that we needed, but I wish it had an ice maker in the fridge instead of ice trays. Beautiful Gulf view and lovely pool area too. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Bed was comfy with blackout curtains. We had trouble w/Wifi the first day but it was resolved. Was disappointed in Plumlee staff - they told me they would call me when the condo was ready. At 12pm, it only needed to be inspected. And when I called at 3:45, I was told it was ready - but we had been sitting in the parking lot so there was no cleaning lady that left at 3:45. This is the only time that I have had an issue w/Plumlee.

Awesome location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chateau..awesome location and view..the only negative was the carpet was in horrible shape and needs replaced and elevator was broken when we checked in so we had to make multiple trips up to the 3rd floor to unload..it was fixed quickly when we notified them..would definitely stay here again..total relaxation and close to great restaurants.

Great condo

Everything was as shown on listing. The only things missing were skillet and spatula in the kitchen. Other than that you have everything you need. The view is awesome and it’s on a beautiful quiet beach. The heated pool is amazing.

Centrally located and close to bars and restaurants. The view of the gulf from the balcony is amazing. Nice beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

Elevator Down - end of story

For the amount of money I spent - I am very disappointed in the elevator situation. I won't stay there again. This is NOT the first time we've stayed here and we love everything about it, but the elevator. My elderly mother couldn't stay with us b/c of this.

Great stay

Location is amazing, just steps from being on the beach. Beachfront private balcony. Mini golf right across street, but not much else (restaurants or ice cream) within walking distance, so glad we had a rental car. Having to go to a different location a couple miles away for checkin and such was kind of a pain. Free daily bike rentals is a nice perk. Unit was spacious for the 4 of us, clean, bright, king bed comfort just ok. Pullout bed had sheet linens and pillows, but no blanket. Coin laundry room on 1st floor, not in unit. Clean pool, not overly crowded when we were there. We liked the fact that entrance/exit to beach access and pool required a gate code.

Great location with a good size balcony to enjoy. Living area is dated and could use updating. Maintenance responded quickly. Pool dirty and not cleaned once while we were there. Pool tiles were filthy.

This location is absolutely perfect ! Loved the access to the beach, loved the pool because the temperature was perfect to swim in . There was always someone cleaning at the complex and it was well maintained !! We will be back !

Awesome property

The condo was as pictured in the listing and the check-in process was a breeze-very organized! I loved the fact that there was a code to enter the condo vs a key- very convenient. The balcony made the whole place though and the view was magnificent. The pool was clean but there were always kids in there so we swam in the Gulf, which was clean and great.
This review was submitted before 2018 and can't be verified.
