Beach villa , new appliances . Huge rooftop deck with sun, palm trees and parrots surrounding you.
Iconic restaurants (Salt Rock Grill) and lounges including a great cofee/bakery shop and the famous Mahuffers bar are just steps away. Seaside Seabird Sanctuary(on the beach),pickle ball courts and Smugglars Cove Adventure Golf (feed live alligators) are all within walking distance. The beach is across the street and you can catch a trolley right out front . With Clearwater Beach to the north and Saint Pete Beach to the south you are right in the center of unlimited beaches and restaurants
The back yard has a large deck and is surrounded with palm trees, Brazillian pepper trees and mangroves. A great place to relax or grill.

The house was updated and quite cute but has the smell of a place that was impacted by a hurricane or water. Nearly all the buildings on that side of the road were being renovated/rebuilt due to hurricane damage and not livable. The rooftop deck was a nice amenity but animals must use it after hours based on large droppings. We did not use the deck and discovered this on our last night. Great news for the next renter, the cable people replaced all the wiring into the house for the tv and internet on our second day. Gregg the owner (?) was very receptive and communicative in helping get the internet challenge fixed. The location is very near the beach (5 minutes) and directly across the street from a bar with live music. With some attention, the place can be a great option for adults.

Greg was very responsive when I had a question and was very helpful. The villa did have a musty smell to it and there were some sugar ants in the bathroom but overall the house was clean and we loved the outdoor shower. Would recommend curtains in the bedrooms. As it gets very bright in the morning when the sun comes up. Best thing about the place is it’s literally a minute walk from the beach!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. The house was spotless, easy to find, and had such a warm, inviting feel. It's just a short, easy walk to the beach—perfect for morning strolls or sunset views with minimal effort.Gregg, our host, was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond by allowing us an early check-in, which made a big difference since we were coming in from out of town. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, with plenty of local charm. There's a bar right next door, but you’d never know it—it was completely quiet at night, and we slept peacefully every night of our stay.This place had the perfect balance of comfort, location, and convenience. We’d love to come back again—whether with friends or family, it’s a spot we could easily return to. Highly, highly recommend!

Good location, everything as advertised. Beach chairs etc is a nice touch. Easy walk to the beach.May want to update the cooking pans but otherwise perfect for our needs.

Wonderfully Equipped and Amazing Location

The home has been nicely renovated. It is close to everything. The owner is prompt at responding and a pleasure to do business with. Beds and pillows were super comfy too! Absolutely exceeded our expectations!

Great location, has everything you need

Gregg was a great host. The house has everything for the beach: canopy, chairs, coolers, towels, etc. The kitchen has everything you need if you're going to cook - including foil and seasonings! My flight was delayed by Tropical Storm Debby and Gregg let me go back to kill some time. Greatly appreciated!!

Nice stay

In overall, the house is in good location. The beach is 2-3 min by walk. I loved that the host provided everything we needed for the wonderful stay: all amenities worked well. Definitely, we will recommend it for the stay.

Great stay at a Great place

This was our first experience in a VRBO. Could not be more pleased. Communication was excellent. property was very nice and exactly as advertised. Stayed with My wife and 2 adult kids. Plenty of room for everyone. The house had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, deck was awesome and neighborhood was good. Beach right across the street was great, plus you are a short drive to several other awesome beaches. Will be booking this again when we go back to Florida for sure. Gregg is a super nice guy and responded to all our questions quickly. We had a great stay.....

Great stay close to the beach for family with young children

We really enjoyed our stay here. My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days with our three children (3,6,9). Short walk to the beach was great. Enjoyed nearby coffee shop. House was in great condition with new and working appliances. Really appreciated some supplies being provided e.g. dishwasher pods, detergent. Also, really enjoyed the beach supplies provided (boogie boards, chairs, sand digging toys) that we couldn't bring because we flew. Roof top deck was really cool and fun as well. House was very comfortable and kids loved it. Had a great time here and would love to stay again.

What a great place to stay and enjoy

We really need to get some rest and relaxing, there's so many places to see and restaurants. It is a great place and the roof top patio is awesome

Nice modern cottage

Cute spacious 2 bedroom. Nice inside. Only issue was musty smell had to open window and door to air out. Eventually less noticable went after a day.

Das ganze haus und die Außenanlage waren sehr schmutzig. Direkt gegenüber war eine sehr laute Kneipe mit lärm bis 2.00 uhr nachts. Bitte nicht mieten !!!!!!!!

Awesome, awesome place!

We all love this place. Very clean and it has all the amenities we needed. Awesome rooftop and deck - we spent most of our time up there relaxing - especially at night looking at the stars and listening to the music from a local bar (music is not loud at all, it's just right). And only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Gregg is an awesome host - very easy to talk to and is willing to answer any questions. Will definitely stay at this place again.
