Disfrute de las puestas de sol más hermosas desde nuestro hermoso balcón con vista a las playas de azúcar blanca de Indian Shores y las cálidas aguas del Golfo de México. Mira a los delfines chapotear y jugar temprano en la mañana. Esta propiedad está ubicada justo en la playa y estamos convenientemente ubicados en el segundo piso. Relájese en nuestra hermosa sala de estar y comedor con cómodos sofás para descansar y una decoración de comedor tropical. Disfrute de sus comidas en nuestra mesa de azulejos españoles en el balcón con vista a la playa o beba su vino sentado en nuestro nuevo conjunto de patio con balcón, mirando la hermosa puesta de sol. Duerma profundamente en nuestras dos camas cómodas y llenas con hermosos edredones. Tenemos nuevos colchones Simmons Beautyrest comprados en octubre de 2016 y nuevos somieres en diciembre de 2017. Nuestro condominio fue pintado en diciembre de 2017. Disfrute usando la piscina climatizada junto a la playa o pase el día en la playa. Ofrecemos sillas de playa, sombrillas y toallas de playa.

El hermoso condominio para parejas está convenientemente ubicado a 23 millas de Tampa, a 10 millas de Clearwater y a 90 minutos de Disney y Orlando. No estamos lejos de Busch Gardens, el Acuario de Florida en Tampa, el Museo Salvador Dalí y la Colección Dale Chihuly en St. Petersburgo

Las atracciones locales incluyen John's Pass, Golf, Mini Golf al otro lado de la carretera, pesca, parapente, snorkel, buceo, excelentes restaurantes cercanos, bombardeos en el parque Caladesi y el parque Fort DeSoto, la vida nocturna de Clearwater y Pass-a-Grille con su 'pintoresco tiendas y restaurantes. The condo is exactly as described. The host is friendly and on top of everything! They absolutely care about their unit. The kitchen was very nicely stocked, and new renovation on the bathroom. Unobstructed gulf views, beautiful sunsets, clean pool and lots of great food close by (by car or trolley). This was our second stay in this unit which should tell you all you need to know.

Fantastic view of the beach and the sunset from the balcony, great location. Clean and pleasant with all the necessary utilities cooker, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher with laundry facilities onsite. Friendly communication with the owners via the condo phone.We had a great time with our only criticism being the noisy fridge.

The beach view was un-obstructed from the Unit balcony. The Unit was very comfortable for two adults. Plenty of beach gear was available in the Unit. The door to the Unit was conveniently located opposite the elevator door.

We arrived at the condo in Indian Shores tired from travel, but were instantly relaxed by the sound of the surf and the warm, salty air. The space was bright, clean, and welcoming, with beautiful ocean views—we loved starting and ending our days on the balcony watching the waves and pelicans drift by.Our days quickly fell into a peaceful rhythm of beach walks, shell collecting, and quiet afternoons reading. The kitchen was perfect for simple meals, and we also enjoyed dining out at all the wonderful local spots.By the end of the week, we felt completely refreshed. The condo was both a perfect location and a peaceful retreat, with thoughtful touches and everything we needed.

Relaxing Getaway

We love staying at the Chateaux when in Indian Shores. The beach, pool and complex grounds are perfect for relaxing at the beach. Every unit we have stayed in there has been just perfect.

This condo is beautifully decorated, so clean & well furnished! Anything & everything one could want, even beach chairs! We even got a call from Rose to make sure we had everything we needed. Awesome place!

We have been visiting Florida for a few years and during our travels we fell in love with Indian Shores. In our humble opinion it is one of the finest beaches in the U.S.

The Chateaux Condo property is quiet and the location is right on the beach. It is very conveniently located with excellent access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and attractions. This condo is owner operated and we stay there as often as we can. This means that we take a great deal of pride of ownership and provide our guests with all the comforts of home. It is important to us that our guests feel at home and are comfortable.

You are right on the beach. We have also taken the time to re-decorate and re-furnish our condo with an exquisite personal taste that exemplifies beach living.
