Ideally located, La Cima is just a three-minute drive to the heart of Nelson Bay shops and a five-minute walk to the pristine white sands of Bagnalls and Dutchies Beach. It’s the perfect mix of privacy and convenience.
When you’re not exploring the beaches, relax on sun lounges and drink in the water views on two large north-facing balconies. Start your day with a peaceful breakfast watching the passing boats and yachts or or fire up the Weber gas barbecue for a relaxed sunset dinner with spectacular ocean views as your backdrop.
The living area opens onto the main balcony, allowing the sea breeze to flow through. The living area has split system air conditioning, Smart TV, DVD player, free unlimited Wi-Fi, games, books, and comfortable furnishings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an array of top-quality appliances, including an electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and Breville Nespresso coffee machine.
La Cima has three bedrooms, all located upstairs. The bedrooms have linen, bed making, bath towels and the luxury of ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a private balcony with ocean views, a walk-in robe, and a two-way ensuite with a huge corner spa bath, vanity and separate shower.
Downstairs is a second bathroom and a shower. There is also an internal laundry with a Mielie front loader washing machine and dryer, plus a double car garage with internal access.
A double garage with internal access is on the lower level.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
