House and outside area great, the stove however was not, instructions definitely needed if you don’t have a touch top and the bolt on the side gates needs fitting properly, very hard to open and close. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Family and dog friendly!

We had a wonderful stay at Shoalz with our daughter and little dog. Perfect short walk to the beach, parks and fantastic food and coffee. We loved the house and had plenty of space to hang out and relax. We can’t wait to come back again one day!

overpriced

the property was spacious and pleasant, but not enough attention to detail detail eg the back gate did not close, so we could not let our dog out without a leash in case he wandered out - reported this to agent, but nothing was done. Have stayed in other property in Shoal Bay - much better value!
