We stayed at this house in March. We loved it so much we rented it again this past week! They renovated the pool area and back yard! It is so nice. We never really left the house and pool. Thanks for the update! We will be back for our third time soon!

Super easy to book and check in/out. Great neighborhood. Blue Angels flyover during our stay was a bonus!!! Clean house. Clean pool. Amenities were great. Plenty of room. All in all a great place to stay.

Beautiful House in great location

This house was beautiful and located near many beaches and hot spots. Our family really enjoyed the pool. It has 4 bedrooms, so everyone was able to have their own space. We Loved it.....hightly recommended.

Marvelous!!! House was amazing and pool was spectacular! Close to both Perdido and Pensacola - so to us it was best of both worlds. Can’t say enough about the easy process of booking, check-in and check-out. I highly recommend using Evolve and staying at this home.

This house was wonderful. Had 3 adults and 4 kids stay and it was spacious, clean and the pool was perfect. Definitely recommend. The property owner was great and readily available if we needed something. We will come back.

Perfect vacation!

This home is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The pool made it the perfect place for my family. We spent a lot of time lounging by the pool, soaking up the sunshine! We enjoyed the numerous beaches, local restaurants, coffee shops, donut shops, and, of course, the naval base. We even got to see a Blue Angel's practice airshow from the house! This is a wonderful home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We look forward to coming back!

The property is in a great location. It was very clean. Only issue was the beds. One squeaked when you moved on mattress and the other bed mattress fell through slats.

Beautiful home!

The house was beautiful and located in a safe area. The pool was wonderful and greatly enjoyed by our family. It was clean when we arrived and perfect for a large family like ours. Our complaints would be the beds were not the most comfortable, the master suite bed squeaks awful even through the night with changing positions, the sheets are pilled up which makes it feel like you have dirt in your bed and the water doesn’t get very hot for the shower. It is a beautiful home and with a few adjustments it would make it optimal vacation venue instead of mediocre.

Very disappointed, dirty dishes were left in the dish washer. Hair on the sheets of the bed, and the stand up shower had urine stains and hairInside the shower.

Thanksgiving in Pensacola

Your house is lovely. Each room was comfortable - kitchen was well equipped too. The weather is out of anyone’s control - but if it had been better, some pool things would be nice to have to use. (The kids found the noodles). A couple folding beach chairs would be nice as well! I already let the management folks know about some of the pots being put away with food on them along with some bowls that were left dirty. We loved the Gulf Breeze Zoo. It was one of the best zoos we ever went to! Again, the weather didn’t cooperate so we only got one beach day but found them so far away! Also we were super disappointed that we were not allowed in the Military museum. It’s so highly advertised, but only military can visit it! The light house was off limits as well! Thanksgiving was fun, cooking the meal and eating it on the patio. Thanks for allowing us to visit your home!

AMAZING HOME BUT...

This house is PHENOMENAL. It was immaculately clean, plenty of room, and the pool is amazing! This family of 4 enjoyed our vacation. HOWEVER, the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The beds are BRICKS. I only slept in my bed the 1st night. I woke up in so much pain, and tossed and turned all night. My 8 year old daughter as well. We camped in the living room on the comfortable sectional for the remaining 4 nights we were there. We definitely recommend renting this home. We would consider it for next year IF they get new mattresses. The current mattresses are awful! Also, we tried to get in touch with our property "contact" to let them know we were leaving early. No answer. So we called the 800 number. Christa was sweet and even said she would try to get money back for our remaining 2 nights. Overall, Evolve is a great company. Just call the 800 number on the paperwork with issues.

We know that mattress preference is unique to each guest and we were sorry to hear that you weren’t completely comfortable during your stay and that these specific mattresses did not suit your personal preference. We try to get mattresses that would work for most guests. We will be getting mattress toppers on all of the beds on our next visit to the property.
