Fall in love w/downtown Pensacola! Spacious modern cottage for you and your pup!

When you stay with us, you will find that Auer House (pronounced “our”) is a modern home close to everything you need. It’s cozy, super clean, and has a hardwired workspace. Every room has a closet, smart TV, ceiling fan and overhead lighting. The fenced-in backyard includes Adirondack chairs and fire pit as well as a patio area. The Blues have posted their practice schedule, and you can catch a glimpse of them from the front porch!

Auer House is less than 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown Pensacola, a four-minute drive, two miles from the newly opened Portside Pickle, 20 minutes from the beach, and 15 minutes from NAS Pensacola and the famous Blue Angels. Wedding at Supposey? You can walk to the venue! Sit on the front porch and catch a glimpse of them as they practice, and hear the roar of the engines! We have restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. Sanders Beach is a quick 7 minute drive away. You'll also find a newly built dog park just across the street adjacent to a park for everyone else! (We do have a $65 pet fee for their stay.) Each bedroom has its own closet, blackout shades, and memory foam mattresses for a great night's sleep. We have a kitchen stocked fully with all the tools you need to fix a quick breakfast or gourmet meal! A separate living space offers a workspace and comfy sectional to watch TV. Beach towels will be provided upon request. Please give me two-day’s notice. And, of course, we offer contactless check-in with our front door doorbell camera and keypad!

Auer House is available for short-term or longer-term rentals. And we love our military! My dad was a Navy veteran, so please ask me about our military discount. It’s the least we can do! Host was nice and agreed to let us change our stay at last minute due to the predicted ice to AL, MS, TN, AR, and blizzard in MO & IL. The house was beautifully decorated, immaculate, comfortable furniture. Walk in shower was great. The park and dog park right across the street was perfect for our dog. Thank you thank you thank you. We will defintely be back.

The house was super clean and exactly as described. The owner was amazing and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to a nearby bayfront park and into downtown Pensacola.

My husband and I loved our stay here. We brought our two dogs and it was perfect! It is a very clean, nice property. It is right across the street from a dog park and playground. We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful VRBO. It has everything you would need and it decorated with such style and grace. Our Pomeranian loved the backyard and we would definitely recommended it and return again. Susan was wonderful and we give it ten stars.

Auer House was super clean and comfortable. Susan was a great communicator and answered any questions instantly. The house had everything we needed for the week we were here for a wedding of a close family friend. Beds, pillows, couch and kitchen were all very comfortable and Susan thinks of every detail. Highly recommend this house!!

We came for our Grandson's Wedding, there were 4 adults and 2 small dogs. The house was super clean and it was everything we could ask for. The back yard had a very secure fence for our dogs and there was a nice dog park across the street. The location was close to restaurants and beaches. Susan, our host, was great. She returned all of our communications promptly. When we're in the area again we will definitely stay here.

Everything was great as far as the check in, cleanliness of the house, well equipped and checkout process. Susan was easy to get in touch with and very nice. When we first got there, it didn’t look like a very good neighborhood but we didn’t have any problems with anybody. If I needed a place to stay in that area again, I would rent it again.

Where do I start! My stay with my husband and 4 children was absolutely amazing! From the beginning of our stay the owner reached out and made sure the lines of communication stayed open! The pictures definitely aligned with the property! It was very clean and spacious for a party of 6 and it included everything you could need in a home away from home. It rained most of our 3 day stay however this home was so peaceful and relaxing that we didn’t mind being inside. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

We had a great time at our VRBO during our stay in Pensacola. We came in for a reunion. It’s a beautiful new build with great features. Cute space close to boutiques shops, and food.

Beautiful Dog Friendly Home

The house was beautifully decorated and furnished. It was clean and inviting. The hosts thought of everything down to couch protectors for our dogs. Communication with our hosts was easy and the check in and check out process was quick and convenient.

As a former inn manager, I'm accustomed to taking care of my guests. And it's my pleasure! That means you'll have everything you need to be comfortable including extra blankets and pillows, throws, and towels. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to me. I want my guests to know that everything has been cleaned and sanitized for your safety and comfort. If remote work is important, we have a hardwired workstation, and the Wi-Fi is fast at 422 Mbps.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

My dad used to work downtown, and that was when Pensacola was a sleepy little place. I loved it then, and I enjoy the heck out of it now. It has grown up so much and so quickly! When my husband and I saw this home being built a few years ago, it was instant love. The location is great, it's quiet, and the design is perfect no matter how long you stay! Pensacola is the home of Naval Aviation, and our Blue Angels call NAS Pensacola home. Some afternoons from the front porch, you might see them practicing their stunts! And we're centrally located to many restaurants and bars that are walkable!

Within a five-minute car drive, you can be at the famous Joe Patti’s to pick up your favorite fresh seafood, Everman’s, a health-oriented grocery store with most anything you could need, and Wahoo Stadium to catch a Miami-affiliated AA baseball game. And if you love baseball as much as we do, hit me up! We have great seats we're happy to share! It's a gorgeous setting! Banks, restaurants, art galleries, breweries, and quaint shops are also downtown.
