Air conditioning to each room including Ceiling fans.Downstairs family room with large smart TV. Outdoor settings including BBQ area. Landscaped garden. Eco Recycle and Trash Sulo Bins.
Upstairs Fully Equipped modern kitchen and pantry. Dishwasher, Coffee Pod machine, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Crockery. Lounge with large screen smart TV. Leather couches upstairs and downstairs. Views from each room. Outdoor casual chairs and esky for use on the property. These must not be taken off the premises. Rural tranquillity in a rural setting with kangaroos, abundant bird life & echidnas around the reserve areas adjacent to the Villa. Emu Bay Beach is a white sandy horseshoe shaped bay, minutes away walking distance from the Villa or drive onto the beach. Safe beach for swimming & watch the dolphins feeding in the shallow waters. Excellent fishing location. Explore the Prejurassic rocks, swim or walk the beach. Launch your boat off the Emu Bay Ramp. Pelicans at the Ramp. Clean fresh air just a 15 minute drive to Kingscote for shopping.

The kitchen was pretty well stocked for cooking utensils. Plenty of space for a large family. Great natural light and spaces for relaxing. Easy walk to beach.
