Perfect getaway, tucked away from the busy town. Got to experience the local wildlife from the back porch - mule deer, turkeys, javelinas, bunnies, hummingbirds.
Lots of positives but would not have booked knowing there was not central air. Also, kitchen needs new pots and pans. Enjoyed seeing the wildlife. Hot tub jets only worked on 2 of the 4 seats and too much chlorine was added and burned our eyes and nose. We waited a couple days before using again.
House was clean, relaxing, and very cozy. Had everything you could need. Kitchen was very “cook friendly “ and had everything we needed. Didn’t use laundry on site but glad it was there just in case. Beautiful neighborhood!
We had a wonderful stay at franks place! Top quality we loved was how quiet and secluded it was. The house was clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the hot tub felt warm and clean. We did not have enough shampoo and conditioner but maybe that is because we have 3 girls with long hair! Some highlights of were the local wildlife (Java, deer, turkeys, and lizards),Waston lake, and trivia at Augies. We decided we loved the little cute place just outside of Prescott and it catered our relaxing family spring break!

Perfect!
Our stay was fabulous. The home was everything we could have ask for. We spotted javelina, turkey's and deer right outside the back patio. Home was clean and fully equipped. It was a great stay! Would love to stay again!
I book a trip to Prescott every July for my family to drop off my kid at Yavapai college for basketball camp. This property was reasonably priced for three bedrooms. The kitchen is modern and bathrooms are updated. The primary shower is very small though. As most properties in Prescott this one does not have central air but there is two large window air conditioning units that work quite well. The TVs are a little dated and one of them doesn't have ESPN app so even with my own account I couldn't get it to work. That's probably my lack of tech knowledge. If you have a teenage daughter, bring your own shampoo cause we ran out the first night. Plenty of towels, blankets and comfortable beds. I would book this house again next July.
Franks place was the perfect spot for our family to spend a few days together. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed - the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies we needed to cook all our meals, there were plenty of towels/extra bedding, and plenty of space for us to all feel comfortable. The cherry on top were all the deer wandering the property. We would definitely book here again.

Amazing house and wonderful location!
This house was exactly as advertised. It has everything you need and more. The location is just out of the downtown area which allows you to feel like you are away from the city. Each morning and evening we saw deer and turkeys from the porch. The house itself was immaculate and had lots of extra amenities. We would stay there again without question. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property is beautiful. Our family really enjoyed it and would love to go back. We definitely recommend this home.
The beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of local stores nearby. Fully stocked kitchen and towels. 2 large tvs and newer models washer
Large fridge and counter space.
There were only a few things we didnt enjoy. Other peoples trash in the room, tiny rocks in the jacuzzi. Large pinkish stain on blanket in 2nd large bedroom.?.
Also my 15yr old daughter slipped when coming in the home beause of the snow. The tiny carpets were difficult because they move around too much. A picture frame was broken because of the fall.
