A 10-minute walk to the Palms Shops where you will find a convenience store, bottle shop & deli, cafes, pizza bar, boutique stores, surf shop, natural health centre and a post office.

The home is a convenient single level 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 1 with a combustion fire place other main living with Smart TV, laundry with washing machine and dryer, outdoor covered private deck.

Cooling sea breezes in the Summer and the sound of waves crashing from your bedroom will make for a very peaceful beach stay.

The private backyard has gorgeous views of the green hills with grazing cows, the undercover area has a comfortable day bed, outdoor setting, BBQ and stacked wood for the cooler months.

Generous sleeping arrangements for 11 consist of main bedroom with queen, ensuite & ceiling fan, second bedroom with queen and ceiling fan, third bedroom with double and fourth bedroom has 1 single and 1 tri bunk with ceiling fan.

The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare gourmet meals for those times you are not visiting the nearby cafes, restaurants and clubs.

3 By the sea is situated at the start of a residential cul-de-sac with a private drive and off-street parking.

WIFI is available in the home, linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

We provide hand soaps, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, coffee, tea, milk, basic pantry condiments, dishwashing tablets and laundry liquid.

We will consider small dogs upon request – under 10 kgs, pet rules apply and pet levy to be applied.

Loved the extra touches

We enjoyed our stay at Blueys. Hosts were very accommodating with early checkin and late checkout and really strived to present the property to its best. The little surprises like cheese etc on arrival were a lovely touch.
