I was there with my adult children and 5 grandchildren. We wanted a place to spend time together. Having meals, playing games and going on a few interesting outings. This lovely old farmhouse gave us just what we needed. Plenty of bedrooms and space for all of us. And a nice big yard for the kids to play in. Everything was in order for us to have a nice time together.

Great get-away!

Amazing location in a historic farmhouse, the place was just what we wanted. Mark was helpful, responsive, and a wonderful host. We had a group of 15 guys to smoke meats and play bags and we couldn't have been in a better place. Highly recommend!

LOVE THIS FARMHOUSE

We had the BEST time in this historic farmhouse...the property grounds we impressive, and inspiring, and we would recommend this to all of our friends and family. It was peaceful, and we even got to sit on the porch during a thunderstorm. We will definitely be back!

Thoughts from a Houstonian

This property was an emergency find when our first property cancelled on us for our son’s wedding. We came from Texas, and we had family that came from California and Kansas, too! The farmhouse was exactly what was was needed; a peaceful, refreshing, natural setting that was a stark contrast to where we are from. The peoperty was rural but not too far from town where we had choices of restaurants. It was also close to the wedding festivities at the Vineyard. Thanks for an amazing time at your property.

A perfect stay

The farmhouse was absolutely perfect for my group to stay for the long weekend. The property managers were kind enough to provide an early check-in and late check-out that gave the experience lots of ease. We had plenty of kitchen tools and utensils. The dining room table could fit all of us and the various spaces like living rooms and porches made the quieter moments really comfortable for everyone. Couldn't have had a better stay with everything near my hometown!

Christmas Gathering

This farmhouse was amazing and worked wonderfully for our family Christmas get together. We had 10 adults staying on site and 8 more showing up for our family Christmas and it was large enough to accommodate all without feeling crowded. The dining room table comfortably sat all of us and it was great to be able to eat together as such a large group. Communication with Mark was outstanding and he was available and attentive to our questions whenever needed. Cannot recommend this property highly enough if you are in the area.

Wedding Weekend

We have stayed in this house several times over the past few years and every time it has been wonderful. Mark is a great host and the home is amazing. It is truly a step back in time for us as it is an old farmhouse much like the ones both of my parents grew up in. Cannot say enough good things and would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.
