This remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is located in the quiet Columbine neighborhood with quick access to downtown Breckenridge, as well as the base of Peak 9, via the Breckenridge free ride bus route located just steps out the front door.

This property has 3 levels that allows the family to spread out but all gather on the main level. There remodel includes modern furnishes and cozy mountain decor. The main level has an open layout where you'll find the kitchen, dining area, living area that provides wooded views as well as access to the private deck with hot tub! The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and modern flooring. The stone built fireplace is one more feature that makes the main floor space cozy.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed as well as an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom offers a queen bedroom also with access to its own bathroom. The third bedroom has a cozy Captain's bunk (twin over double).
