This property met our needs perfectly. Love that it has a bathroom for each bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check in. Short distance to Ford Idaho Center and local shopping. I would stay at this property again.

Place was very nice and accommodating.

Only issue was kids next door or in the area kept ringing doorbell or knocking loudly on the door and running. Very disruptive.

Highly recommend!

Our unit was clean, well stocked with everything you might need! Clear communication with property manager, which usually isnt the case. If you are getting there on google maps be careful it will lead you around the long way but it is very easy to figure out. Quiet neighborhood and close to some really great restaurants. We will re book this location!

Spacious Spot

Nice place with plenty of space in rooms, and 3 bathrooms was super convenient. Good amenities, and neighborhood was mostly quiet for being so populated in the townhome complex. I liked the front unit, made brining in luggage very easy. Only issue was that the thermostat was on lockdown, so bring a sweatshirt for the cold mornings because it won't let you turn it to heat once you switch to cool to combat the sun-baked evenings.

TV has lines that run through it. Kitchen sink was faucet was falling off. Shower curtain was supper high and would allow water to come out of the shower up stairs, you can tell its been that way for a while as the floor was coming up, o e of the twin beds 2 of the feet where off of it. I sent picture of our check in but no response. All in all everthing was nice.

We stayed in this same unit 2 years ago and loved it. I think it was a new build at that time. But now the townhome looks a bit beat up, needing some maintenance. Place was dusty, microwave handle broken, stains on couch and carpet, kitchen pots were not cleaned well, one kitchen sponge for dishes and it was rotten, vertical blinds on slider door had several missing. Walls need some paint touch up and one kitchen char looks like a dog chewed it up. Upstairs bathroom shower ensuite has water damage on baseboard as the water pours out of the shower when being used. The grounds/grassy area in front was full of dog poop and garbage.

Everything went well with minimal issues.Snacks in the ad photos weren't present - just two bottles of water.JVC Roku TV required registering in order to get past the welcome screen - had to enter all my contact info, including home address, email, and credit card number, just to watch literally anything. Had to be sure to reset the TV so my personal info wasn't in there for the next person. The TV display was damaged but not so much it couldn't be watched. They offered to replace the tv immediately, which we passed on.In the case of both issues, neither were significant enough to reduce a star, but with mentioning in writing.

This condo is very cute and very well furnished. I was left a little wanting with the kitchen pans (none of the lids really matched pans and we don’t eat out a lot when we travel so I made due with what was there), but everything else was perfect. Master bed is a little warn out but still comfy, and everything inside was as pictured and pretty perfect. Externally, I wasn’t prepped for an apartment type situation with parking and no yard, but I could have just missed it in the listing. Nothing bad, honestly, just wasn’t what I was expecting. But the neighborhood as a whole is cute and very pet friendly.
