Great property for a small family

This unit is good enough for a small family or couples. Property manager charle was very friendly and helpful person.Best place & city centre is few streets away,Access to most of the attractions in town.This property very new & fresh.

Comfortable, clean and friendly

I must admit we were a little disappointed with the 'ocean views' but otherwise the 'loft' accommodation was lovely. Neat, very clean and compact. The host is great, friendly but not intrusive.

Cozy loft apartment

Very clean and cozy loft apartment over garage in backyard. Off street parking. Enough space for a couple or three people. Well equipped. Comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Towels provided. Steep steps to apartment might be hard for older people. Would stay again. Thank you!

Important information needed

the studio was very clean and kitchen extremely well stocked and comfortable space. I think it is important though that it is made clear that there are are 20 fairly steep steps to climb to get up to the studio. We are both in our late 70's and fortunately we made it up and down each time but many people may not be able to do so and where do you find accommodation at 5pm in the evening and probably lose your booking money

Clean and comfortable

The property was clean and comfortable and had an adequate fit-out. It would not suit more than two adults, or even older children. The stairs are steep, as previous guests have indicated, and there is a metal beam above the stairs which is dangerous and should be marked and padded. The front door is very difficult to open. The height of the microwave makes it inaccessible for shorter people and is dangerous when removing hot food.

Cute!!!

On arrival I was a bit unsure and opening up the shed was difficult for me as the door is very stiff! Charles did ask if I needed help which I declined, definitely say yes! The door is really loud to close, you could not sneak a person past if you tried! 😉 First impression when opening the shed, “Man what have I done?!”, but don’t despair, got up the stairs and have a look! Very impressed with the set up and cleanliness of the little room! It has everything you need and is very cozy! Stairs creaked a bit at night so I rationalised it was probably a friendly ghost and left the shed light on to let him know I wasn’t up for any funny business. Couldn’t get the WIFI password to work so would recommend double checking that on arrival. Bed could perhaps benefit from a Mattress topper as it was a bit stiff but I am a bit precious so others may not feel this way. No Netflix that we’ve all become accustomed to but there was a Great DVD collection, so all ended well! Best Hot shower! Charlie seemed like a super nice guy and he has a gorgeous big dog Lucy who is friendly and loves a pat which will always make my day. Angie 🌻 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
