Yacht Club Villas #2-405 Extraordinary and Spacious Condo!

Yacht Club Villas 2-405 is a bright spacious property located on the 4th floor of building 2 in the Barefoot Resort Community. This condo has amazing views of the waterway and the pool at the North Tower. It has been freshly painted and has all new bedding in all of the bedrooms.

There is a large kitchen overlooking the dining area with a breakfast bar too. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals and has a Keurig coffee pot too. The primary bedroom has two queen beds with its own en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. It also has access to a balcony too. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has two queen beds. All of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and plenty of storage space too.

The living room is comfortable and has plenty of seating for everyone. There is a large Flat Screen TV to enjoy your shows and all of the bedrooms have TVs too. The balcony is very spacious and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. There is also a washer/dryer located in the condo for your use.

Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship golf courses to try and we can help you set up tee times. Barefoot Landing is right across the waterway and has lots of restaurants, shops and attractions. Enjoy a delicious meal at Greg Norman's Australian Grill or Flying Fish. Sit and relax at the Crooked Hammock or watch the boats go by at Taco Mundo or LuLu's. There is so much to do here!

Yacht Club Villas has access to the pool located at the North Tower. You will need a special pool pass to enter. Ask us for details. There is also a free shuttle that runs in the summer season that will drop you off at the beach access. A shuttle schedule is available in your arrival package.

This property has a 4 Night Minimum Night Stay in the Summer. Inquire for the best rates and availability today!

Great location, nice Condo, beautiful views

The Condo was in a great location. Facilities were clean. Our room was not ready at check in but they quickly came and got is ready. We would stay there again!

Yacht Club Villas 2023

We had a very nice stay at Yacht Club Villas. We stayed in a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit and it was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well appointed. We had access to the North Tower pool and we absolutley loved it.

Beautiful condo and had lots of room.When we arrived our key pad would not work. We called the number to get assistance, they advised us to find emergency number in email. So we disconnected looked it up it was the number we called. Took us an hour to get in our room. Maintenance guy was very nice gave us a key told us he would fix key pad next day. Maintenance never came to fix it, so we had to share 1 key between 3 families. The room was very large and spacious. Nice and clean. Dryer door was broke so had to be held shut to dry clothes. Listing stated the room had wifi. Which we did not get access too. Paper on refrigerator said not available. So no wifi.We had 1 pool key between 10 people, so very inconvenient but manageable.I checked prior to arriving with booking office if we needed to bring anything like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We were advised no everything was included. We arrived to stay for 5 days with 10 people and 3 bathrooms. We had 1 full roll of toilet paper in one bathroom other 2 had half rolls. No extra toilet paper in the room. One half small roll of paper towels. We only had 2 trash bags and all trash had to be removed. Needless to say we had to go purchase supplies. Which we were told we didn't need too because they were supplied.

Spacious but Communication Needs Improvement

Check in was easy and unit had lots of room. When I first arrived, I did a walk through and noticed the handle was missing from the master bedroom sliding door. It was beside the bed in a chair. I had not been notified of this so I took a picture. I also noticed the latch was missing from the master bedroom door that leads to outside hallway. The next morning, my family was getting ready for the beach. I had 3 young children with me. My husband and nephew heard the front door key code being entered, the door unlock and someone attempt to enter. They would have entered but we had the latch done on the door they were entering. Luckily the latch was not missing like the door in the master bedroom. The person left. We were all startled. They had not announced themselves or knocked. Just attempted to enter. My husband called rental property and they did not know who it was. They called back and said it was the maintenance man coming to fix the door in the master bedroom. We were not notified that anyone was coming and were quite upset as we had children in the unit and don’t feel comfortable with grown men attempting to enter unannounced. We expressed frustration and never received a call from the owner apologizing. Other than that, I thought the carpet needed to be replaced. It was quite dirty. The master bedroom also had moldy spots around the light in the shower (as well as the shower). It was very musty in the master bedroom and bathroom. The other rooms were not musty.

Large Spacious Villa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was GREAT. We were so happy to be able to check in a bit earlier than 4 pm and that was a plus. The space was clean and spacious. All rooms had their own bathrooms. My family and I enjoyed the view along with the large pool. All bedrooms had their own A/C setting, in which that is a PLUS. When we arrived the outside door for one of the bedrooms were unable to be locked, and we were able to have maintenance fix the door right away. Its great to have a reliable office contact at all times from 9-5 daily. We didn't have any loud neighbors during our stay. The only downfall was I wished we had more paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, more towels, a working vacuum, and the place was a bit dusty. We had to purchase a lot of things during our stay there for a week. And having kids make a mess, it was necessary to vacuum but we didn't have a proper vacuum. And there is a bridge where they close for a while due to ships coming by, so it would cause a long wait to get to the property. But overall, the space is huge, private, and secured!! Its conveniently close to a lot of shops and across from Barefoot Landing shops!
