Step inside to discover a bright, airy living space thoughtfully designed for style and relaxation. High ceilings, an open floor plan, and coastal-inspired décor create an immediate sense of warmth. At the heart of the home, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen features an expansive center island, ideal for family and friends gathering. The adjacent dining area offers generous seating, perfect for shared meals or even catching a live SpaceX launch visible off the coast.

Step out into your private outdoor oasis, complete with a sparkling pool, spacious patio and sun loungers. It’s the ultimate setting to soak up the Florida sunshine by day or unwind under the stars by night.

📜 House Rules and other things to note

- This is a self-catering property.

- Trash Disposal: To maintain cleanliness, please dispose of your trash bags in the designated resort trash bin. All trash needs to be bagged in a plastic trash bag. Trash is picked up every morning.

- Mail & Packages: We cannot accept mail or packages delivered via USPS. Please use UPS, DHL, or FedEx for any shipments. Packages may be sent to the clubhouse, where handling fees may apply. We are not responsible for lost or mishandled packages.

- Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Penalty: $500.00 USD plus tax sanitization fee will be charged to the card on file for any violations.



🦁 No Pets Allowed



- Noise Disturbances / No Parties: Please be respectful of your neighbors and other guests, especially during early mornings and late evenings. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Documented evidence of a party will result in a $2,000.00 USD fine charged directly to the credit card on file.
