Location, location, location! Close walk to the beach and to the main shops and restaurants near the pier in Tybee. Very quiet as well. We had three generations staying Mimi and Popi, daughter, son-in-law and 2 grands, and second adult daughter. We had plenty of room, screened porch time each morning and evening; beach and pool time each day. We cooked several meals and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful week at After Dune Delight. It’s in a great location and we rented a golf cart for the week (highly recommend). Huge downfall was no internet 5 of our 6 nights and zero luck getting it fixed even after notifying the property management company. Totally out of their control but we had planned to watch TV, work during the morning while the kids slept in (we both work from home) & 3 of the 4 kids packed PlayStations to play at night but couldn’t without WiFi. This really made the price not worth it. Property was clean and very cozy.

Perfect beach stay for the family

Having both units allowed everyone to have their own space but the pool and patios provided great community fun as well! Great spot on the island as well!

Great Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our family to meet and enjoy Thanksgiving week! Everyone had their own space and plenty of areas to come together and enjoy each other!

Wonderful Location and House

Great house and great location. We could walk to the beach and to restaurants. When we had questions, they were very quickly answered. I would highly recommend this house.

Great Family Getaway Beach House

This property is located in an ideal location in Tybee Island. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and town. House is just as advertised with comfortable accommodations and amenities. The attached apartment is fully furnished giving privacy and independence when vacationing with extended family. The heated pool is a great addition to enjoy in the evenings after a beach day. I recommend it and I'm looking forward to stay there again...

Great place in a great location in Tybee

We had the whole property and space was great. Big screened in porch was great for our family to gather. Both units were well equipped and stayed nice and cool during the summer heat. Great location to quieter beach at 19th street entrance. Also easy walking into town and to many restaurants. We wish we could have figured a way to cool down the pool. The pool was like a hot tub because of summer heat so it was never refreshing because it is also in the sun. No complaints though and we would stay here again for sure!

Rented A and B for 15 night family vacation. Loved:1. Awesome communication from booking through out the stay 2. Proximity to the beach and Tybrisa Street. Perfect for my teens to explore on their own. 3. The pool was fantastic. It was maintained 2x by a pool service while we were here.4. Pet friendly! The fenced in property, wooden floors, and screened in porches all made his experience fantastic. 5. The house, while split into 2 units gave us plenty of room to relax. 6. The house was beautifully decorated in both units.The cons....and it didn't take away from the vacation...we had a great time! When you go on vacation you want to stay somewhere nicer or same to where u live. This property was clean inside and well decorated. But there is wear and tare that in our opinon was not acceptable for a rental or reflective in the beautiful pictures. Examples: porch needs power washed, dry wall repaired as big pieces missing in bathroom, rusted hinges on door, ripped screens on porch, heavily worn/stained wood floor, broken ceiling fan/light on porch. Lots of random cords etc in yard. Paint peeling. Missing gate lock. Didnt take away from our experience but it was disappointing and embarrassing when we had friends visit. Property manager offered to try to fix what they could but most were big things not simple during stay repairs. Not what we would have chosen and needs addressed for cost. Will look for same company different house.

Perfect for our sibling reunion.

This cute house with the back unit was perfect for our annual Sibling get together. There were a total of 6 of us. (3 couples) We could either hang out in the main unit kitchen, talk & play game's, the screened in porch or the pool. When it was time to go to bed, all the bed room's felt very private, with one on the main floor, 2 upstair's and one in the back unit. The whole house is decorated very beachy and feels very cosy. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. My Honey & I stayed in the the back unit, unit B. I wish I could pick it up and take it home with me! K&K Schmitt
