Enjoy year-round adventures from this lovely and remodeled condo that is an easy 7 minute walk to restaurants and shopping on Main Street, Frisco. This beautiful top floor condo has a well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, an in unit washer/dryer, a gas fireplace, and smart TVs. The kitchen sink is equipped with a water filtration system too!

There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the loft. If you need to get a little work out of the way while you're staying here, there is a bonus in the loft with a designated work space. This can also be folded up if you're looking for a little extra space.

The kitchen captures extra sunshine and warmth from inviting sun light over the living room. Plus, the double story vaulted ceiling makes this cozy home feel even more spacious. The living room opens up to a private balcony with mountain views. Mountain View Getaway is your perfect spot to unwind after a long day of adventures.

Frisco is the ideal location for taking advantage of this beautiful part of Colorado. Mountain View Getaway condo backs up to the Frisco Recreation path with opportunities for biking and hiking out the back door. The central location of Frisco means you are less than a 20 minute drive to Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain, additionally Vail Ski Resort, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland Ski Areas are a 30 minute drive; each offering fabulous skiing, snowboarding and on-mountain activities. In town, the Frisco Adventure Park offers Nordic skiing, snowshoeing and tubing during the winter and transforms to a bike park during the summer. Regardless of what your adventure plans are, this location makes it super convenient being walkable to the free Breckenridge/Copper public shuttles.

The Dillon Reservoir is less than a mile away and offers on-water activities as well as scenic easier hikes. There are three 14ers in Summit County, and plenty of hiking trails of all skill levels a short drive away.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

New favorite retreat

Everything was perfect, from the bike trail access 100 yards from the property, the 4' deep hot tubs, garage parking, and beautiful scenery. This property is bookmarked from now on for my future travel.

Great Stay

Even with the crazy 20+ inch snowstorm, we absolutely loved our stay. The pool and outdoor hot tubs were just what we needed to entertain the kids when we couldn't get outside!

Great location with a beautiful view of the mountains. We enjoyed the amenities including the hot tub, sauna, and steam room. We were close to the bike trail which was nice and downtown is walkable. The condo was a bit hot for our taste without a fan in the living room, but we were able to open the screen door which allowed a little air in. Would stay here again.

Loved this location

This was my husband and I's first time in Frisco/Breck, and the location was perfect! The hottubs were just what we needed after a long day or for an early morning. We loved the views from the balcony, and the condo had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

The stay was great! The property is located close to downtown but also far enough away not to be bothered. The hot tubs and sauna are nice. The complex doesn’t have an elevator which is in the description but that is the only downside

Clean and easy

Enjoyed the indoor parking, and the clubhouse amenities were very nice (pool and hot tub were what we used). This property's sleeping arrangement allowed us to fit our small group nicely and with privacy considering the significant snoring one of our group needed isolation ;)

Very well furnished, well stocked kitchen, new appliances, two types of coffee pots (drip and Keurig), and filters are provided. Beds are fine. Shower is great. Hot tubs are perfect after a long day of skiing.

Very nice condo!

Would definately recommend. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so if you have trouble with high altitude and going up stairs, you might want to find something on a lower floor. The property has 4 hot tubs (3 outdoor and 1 indoor) in addition to an indoor pool and sauna which were great!

Lovely place in a lovely area that would be as good for summer. Ask for skiing in the winter.

Extremely well appointed and very well stocked with amenities. The only thing I could recommend is that they consider getting some nonstick pans, very cozy and comfortable and so convenient for several ski resorts. Note to the owner.: it looks like there has been a leak in the roof at some point that has caused water to come down the wall above the fireplace. It doesn’t look like it’s recent and may already have been fixed but it looks like the wall still has water damage.

Frisco ski trip

Good location and clean, for the most part. (Bathroom rug full of some kind of hair) Couldn't turn on gas fireplace or TV upon arrival. Called the # provided for help and was on hold for 30 minutes. (not an exaggeration). Hung up in complete frustration. Email from vacasa said parking was by permit only although no permit was available, showed up 24 hours later after maintenance came to fix the fireplace. Microwave is temperamental. Works some times....even when the door is open!!! Other times, took several attempts for it to kick on. When booking, it is noted that there is a hot tub on the premise, no idea where that might be, no signs and clearly no one at vacasa to call and ask. Paint on walls is peeling and bring ear plugs. Bedroom is on the entry side and can hear neighbors coming and going all night. AND please note to future renters, this condo is on the 3rd floor, no elevator option. This is all petty stuff but Vacasa charges a lot and needs to be held to a higher standard.

Can't Beat Mountainside

The Mountainside development where this condo is located is a Perfect active vacation spot, winter or summer. Well-cared for and nicely appointed condos only steps away from 3 huge hot tubs, indoor pool, hiking, walking, and cycling trails. Less than a mile from Lake Dillon and Frisco Main Street. 5 ski resorts accessible with 20-40 minute drive. Really can't go wrong with this location.

This is a great place to stay and is the center of all activities.

From locating the property to checking in, everything was seamless. The property is exactly as described and the center of everything we did from skiing at Copper to hiking the Mayflower Gulch. Nothing was more than a 10 minute drive. I would highly recommend this place.

Nice rental

The rental was as advertised. Sleeping arrangements were great for 4 people. Very clean shower/bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies. The shared condo hot tubs were convenient. The only suggestion would be to have more towels. We also couldn't get the fireplace to work, which would have been nice to dry out our ski gear since there isn't a washer/dryer. The condo does require going up 3 flights of outdoor stairs. Overall, I would recommend and stay again.

Great space, great view and close to main street of Frisco.

Loved this space! Cozy, top floor unit with balcony and great mountain view! Enjoyed having everything we needed in the kitchen, including some spices and cooking essentials. Would definitely stay again! Loved how close it was to town for restaurants and shopping also!

Quiet, no road noise, lots of hummingbirds to watch!

It was a nice place to stay. Lots of stairs to get there (and I wasn't use to the elevation!), but worth the climb. Nicely furnished with random spices available. Would stay there again.
