The Space:

Welcome to your recently remodeled mountain retreat! This exceptionally located 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is the perfect home base for couples or a small family of four seeking comfort and adventure in Breckenridge.



Living Area: Step inside and feel the warmth from the thermostat-controlled gas fireplace. The space features new furniture, a flat-screen cable TV, and board games for a relaxing evening in.

Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a four-person breakfast bar, invites you to prepare and enjoy meals together.

Balcony: Step out onto your private balcony, a secluded spot with seating, to unwind in the warm morning sun.

Sleeping: Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.

Family-Friendly: A Pack ’n play/travel crib and high chair are available for your little ones.

Work & Stay: A dedicated workspace is provided for remote work needs.

Connectivity: Free WiFi is included throughout the condo.

Lovely stay/ideal location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Four o clock. The location is a few minutes walk from town and the quicksilver ski lift. The apartment is very clean and the view is beautiful. We really enjoyed and would stay here again!

Great ski-in/ski-out condo

Perfect condo for a couple or small family. It was clean and well-equipped. Steps to the quicksilver lift and a short walk to restaurants in town. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!!

Peak 9 is right out your back door and walking distance to Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are! Beautiful condo and easy to communicate with property management. Definitely will stay there again!

Perfect location

This is a cozy condo with a beautiful view and super location. Steps from lift and a block to shops and restaurants. AND a fantastic indoor and outdoor hot tub with sauna! It also has a convenient ski locker room so you don’t have to lug your skis to your room! Stayed at Trails End many times. Great place!

Property was pretty much as advertised except bedroom was smaller than expected. Bed was comfy but small. Great position for ski in ski out and property managers were quick to respond to my messages. Thanks for a great stay.

Great room, great location!

Great location. Easy ski in ski out to Breck peak 9. Room was very clean and great amount of space for 2 people. Very nice that a humidifier was in the room as it is needed for the dry CO mountain air. Check in / check out was super easy. Only downsides (and these were minor) were indoor hot tub was being renovated (outdoor hot tube was fine just small) and skis are too big to get locked in ski check room. Looks look like locks were made for pre 1990 skis which were stick straight. In any case, we can't wait to come back next year as we have found our new favorite place to say in Breck!

Excellent location

Unit is very convenient to the lift. The only shortcoming is the pull out sofa. Very uncomfortable because of the cross bar and the thin mattress. Otherwise I will rent again.

More Than Enough

The property was just as expected. Location was perfect - short walk to downtown, but out of noise and traffic. Our visit was short and just the two of us, so didn't take advantage of the kitchen. We could have used some A/C, but at least would cool down at night for sleeping.

Nice condo in the mountains

Great property loved our stay. Had everything we needed just the right size for the two of us. Easy check in/ check out process. Would recommend another chair for the patio area as there was only one. That is the only negative. The pool and hot tubs were actually across the street not a big deal, this building does have 1 indoor & 1outdoor hot tub but indoors was not working not a huge deal and will probably be fixed soon. Overall a great experience.

Mostly good overall

This condo was very good overall. The location was fantastic, it was well appointed, and the water pressure was the best! There were a few misses. My reason for the four stars is that the linens were a bit tired, for example the decorative pillows on the bed were torn with some stuffing coming out, no big deal but it leaves an impression. Also the extra blankets in the closet for the pullout couch were dirty and did not appear to have been laundered between guests. But the biggest disappointment for us was that the fireplace was not operational, with sticker on it stating that it was unsafe to operate. This was a big disappointment for us, we were visiting from Florida, and this was my teen daughters first time seeing snow, so we had this picture in our heads of drinking hot chocolate and warming up in front of the fireplace with the snowy view out the window. Again, overall, this was a great place to stay, and the location is fantastic, I would stay there again.

It was ok

The location is fantastic. The until is not very comfortable... small bed (full size, not queen) and the couch bed is unusable for anyone other than a toddler. Hallway reeked of pot. But that's pretty standard in CO nowadays. Also, a massive piece of ice broke off the roof, fell, bounced off the railing and DESTROYED some plastic chairs on the deck. And this happened just a day after maintenance was supposedly done on the roof to clean up this problem. We're just glad we weren't out on the deck with our child or there would have been a horrendous accident. This same cleanup also forced us to move our car which was an unexpected mild inconvenience for a day. We would not recommend this unit and we won't be returning. But, we had fun skiing and the location is great.

Great property. Our only issue was the inability to check in early without being charged another day. The property was not rented the previous day but early check in (before 2 p.m.) was denied.

The condo was great and furnished comfortably. The ski in-out was the best I have ever had and we have been skiing at Break for over 10 years. Both indoor and outdoor hot tubs were a great way to wind down and relax. This condo “is a keeper”👌
