Welcome to the best location in town! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom loft is located at the Leiser - a heritage building updated into beautiful lofts in the heart of the city.

A double pull out couch, bike storage, in suite laundry, private courtyard, and a stunning rooftop patio are all included. There is a staircase to access bedroom, which has full height ceilings (no ladder). This is the perfect location for someone visiting for business or pleasure. The best Victoria has to offer is literally at your front door. Parking is available across the street at the city parkade, free evenings and very reasonable daily rates.

Clean, well located and practical. Lovely old building and a stylish apartment. Comms with Lucas were excellent from a very early point and throughout.

Great neighborhood!

Really fun area of Victoria to stay in, and it’s within walking distance of so many cool things. Just a heads up that you have to take out your own trash, wash and put away all dishes if used.

Great Location

We absolutely loved our stay at this loft. No frills, but checked all of the boxes of what we needed. The location was great, aa we were able to walk most places we wanted to go. And, all of the residents in the building we bumped into were super friendly and welcoming. We had never visited Victoria before and want to come back again very soon. Great stay!

Great location, clean and well equipped!

We had a great stay at this cute loft apartment. Amazing location, clean and very easy to communicate with the owner. My only complaint is that the pull out couch was very uncomfortable for one adult and would be hard to sleep two. Overall we had a great experience!

Loft by the sea!

Very well appointed property, well situated for downtown and waterfront. Everything needed was present. Lucas was very attentive and responded to all our questions promptly. We highly recommend this property.

Great stay in the centre of the city

We LOVED our time here!! Cute and clean property with anything you can think of, the rooftop was amazing for sunset, and the location couldn’t be beat- we were steps to the ocean, to really cool restaurants, and also to more boring stuff like grocery and pharmacy. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive and I thought the history of the building was so cool too. 10/10 awesome!!

Great stay

We came to Victoria for a business/family trip and had a very pleasant stay at this loft. Communication was excellent and easy. We’d stay again. However the place was a bit dusty in areas with some big dust clumps, so if you are coming with small children that like to get into every corner, keep that in mind. The parking situation is a bit inconvenient and gets pretty expensive if you stay long. Otherwise a great place and a wonderful view from the roof patio!

Very nice but not over the top

Nice, newer "almost studio"-sized apartment (the 1 bathroom is in the kitchen area). Great location, security. Owner was responsive to check-in buzzer prior to obtaining fob. Adequate kitchen items. Only welcoming item was list of rules. Despite cleaning fee, you are required to do your own trash removal.

Old folks in Victoria BC

Staying so close to the water, eating spots, activities etc was very, very nice! That said we’re both over 70 and not used to very long into the nite street/alley noises & steep stairs to the sleep loft. That said, Lucas was the BEST in keeping in touch and others more into the downtown vibe would LOVE this place. Secure entry, elevator and rooftop deck were great & we’re sorry to miss the nesting seagull hatch her chicks! I would recommend…..

Good location

We have mixed reviews about our stay. When you come to the front of the building the windows are covered up (got a bit of a scare as to what I booked) but you enter to the right thru a metal gate. I never thought to ask about parking but you have to park across the street in the parkade. Was disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. The kitchen cabinets had fingerprints and food on the doors. The rest of the condo was ok. Hopefully that can be looked after. We had a bit of a problem getting in but we got that sorted out. Enough with the negative the condo was in a great location for walking around. You definitely have to have your morning coffee or a glass of wine on the roof top. Wonderful view. It was a cute condo.

Central location

The property is within walking distance of the bus line, the pier and the government buildings. It is also center stage for an active night life! It is a rehab of a historic building so it’s compact without being cramp. The owner has done an excellent job of using all the space! Large luggage should not be taken to the up stairs bedroom. Too many stairs and you could fall or damage the stairs. The entry level is tight so it’s important to move into the main space and avoid clutter at the door. The washer and dryer are in the closet upstairs so if you use them, be sure to put on a fan because the heat sits in the bedroom. The view of the city is okay from the roof. Beware the seagulls! They are everywhere and run the outside environment. We are the ones caged in when using the roof!
