This property is everything you could ask for to enjoy your stay in downtown Victoria!The location is perfect. It’s within easy walking to the Parliament, Royal BC Museum, parks, restaurants, shopping and on and on. The condo deck is lovely to relax and watch all the different watercraft going about their day. We even enjoyed an otter playing on the wharf directly below. It’s an absolutely wonderful place and we plan on returning!

Clean, kitchen well stocked, paper products supplied but no facial tissue, bathrooms need upgrading - low toilets and no walk-in shower. Comfortable beds and great view.

We appreciate your feedback. We have now installed a brand new shower head in the main bath as well as new toilet seats in both bathrooms. Both bathrooms were freshly painted immediately prior to your arrival! We do not provide facial tissues as a rule but if you had requested them we would have happily obliged. The listing clearly shows and describes the 4-piece bath with shower for both luxuriously appointed bathrooms. We do not show that we have handicap rated bathrooms with higher toilets or a walk- in shower. Clearly we made ourselves available for your every demand. Included extra laundry detergent for example on your request, installed an orthopaedic base structure on the pull out Queen bed based on your concerns prior to arrival etc. Although you had damaged the electric blind we attended to it immediately. Our goal as hosts is to make your stay as close to perfect as possible! We represent our property with integrity: extraordinary photo coverage and detailed lists of exactly what we provide. Unfortunately it appears we could not make your stay ‘perfect’ no matter how hard we tried!

This condo is perfect for a stay in Victoria! It’s comfortable and well appointed and the location is fantastic. Watching the sunset from the balcony is such a nice way to end a busy day. We loved keeping tabs on the local otter and seal. Marylou is an excellent host. We’ll definitely return.

This property was perfect for my family of 4 (me, wife, kids 16 & 15) for a week of vacation in June 2026. Marylou is a wonderful host who provides wonderful communication including her guide of places to see and eat in and around Victoria. The condo is in a perfect location to see the downtown sites of Victoria. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby you won’t even need a car, but if you do have a car, there is free underground parking included. The condo itself is beautiful and the view of the bay is amazing. The pictures provided in the listing don’t even do it justice. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony watching the sun, waves and creatures. Truly a lasting memory from this trip. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our breakfast and the few meals we did eat at home.

This suite was even more stunning than the photos depicted. Fully equipped and modern with absolutely stunning views. Convenient walking distance to all downtown amenities but there is also secure underground parking. We were even able to cook a full turkey dinner

Absolutely perfect accommodation from all perspectives. Clean, bright, beautifully decorated, all the amenities you could possibly need. Stunning Harbour views from every room. Walking distance to tons of attractions and restaurants. 5 Stars!

Wonderful Escape to the Inner Harbor!

We stayed in this lovely home for several days while exploring Victoria. The unit is clean, well stocked and very comfortable. It was such fun to sit on the deck to watch the activity in the harbor. The unit is very centrally located to all the fun things Victoria has to offer. Should be lucky enough to visit again, we will stay at Harborview!

Amazing!

This was a perfect place to spend time with my girlfriends and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. We were able to walk everywhere and then come back to the condo and spend time watching boats and planes pass by on the incredible balcony. Thank you for having us!

As wonderful as it looks!

The perfect downtown location; close to activities, restaurants and pubs. And with an amazing view; calm sunset views during the evening and float planes, water taxis and the occasional otter during the day. An ideal layout for 2 couples. The host was attentive and prompt. We will definitely return to this place whenever we are next in Victoria.

Amazing Waterfront Suite in Victoria

This is an incredible property and we thoroughly enjoyed our spring break week here. You will not find a better location on the harbor - everything is convenient within minutes for walking. The suite itself was one of the best we have ever stayed at - immaculate and clean with a full panoramic view of the water. Marylou was an excellent host - excellent communication, easy to deal with and very responsive. We would highly recommend staying here and are looking forward to staying again the next time we are in Victoria.

Beautiful Waterfront View and Central Location

It is a gem on the waterfront. A quiet, comfortable and stylish mid-centrury furnished large 2bd apt - great kitchen too! The waterfront bay-view was amazing, with dancing water taxis and sea-planes gliding in. I have to underscore its central location, right at Bastion Square, so many shops & reastaurants, a short walk to China town and the Fairmont Empress. Inexpensive taxis made all our other longer trips a breeze. A big thanks to the host as well for being so kind! This was living Victoria's best!

Amazing Find!!

We love this place! The view is stellar- when we weren’t out exploring the city, we felt like we were still in the action and still taking in the beauty just sitting on the deck. Every bed, every seat has a view. I fell asleep looking at the water and city lights and woke up to it every day. The place itself is one of the best supplied places we’ve stayed at - there were lots of ‘just-in-case’ supplies throughout. The check in process taught us everything we needed to know about the place. Communication with the owner was easy and quick and friendly. The location was ideal for getting food or going shopping or just walking around Victoria. I highly recommend this place! We loved it!!! We’ll be back for sure.

Marylou really raises the bar of the definition of a Super host. I have been staying at VRBOs for vacations for the past 7 years and never had such a seamless, first-class stay that far exceeded my expectations. Every detail in the condo is beautifully thought out with extra amenities in the bathroom, great sleeping mattresses and an art TV only compliments what feels like live museum paintings surrounding you with every view. The light that pours through at just the right angle, at the right times, is only something that can be experienced. The pictures online truly cannot fully represent this luxury and overall feel of awe of this property. The location is fantastic, only blocks from great restaurants, The Empress Hotel and walks along the wharf in the morning and cocktails watching the sunset are indescribable. Marylou was available to make wonderful suggestions on restaurants, sightseeing and was beyond accommodating, generous and gracious. We truly did not want to leave and will definitely come again. You can feel the care and joy of this Super host in her amazing space, and it's an honor to be her guest.

We had a lovely stay! It really is the perfect location for visiting Victoria. The accommodations are very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches like live plants, a Frame Art TV and well stocked kitchen. The panoramic views of the harbor are stunning. Despite the lively daytime view, it is very calm and peaceful at night. Marylou is a wonderful host, we truly appreciated being met and welcomed upon arrival. Thank you for sharing your condo - it was definitely a 5-star experience!

In June, 2026 my wife and I and our adult son and daughter stayed for 4 nights. It was fabulous! Marylou was a fantastic host. The property exceeded our expectations. The view of the harbour was great. We enjoyed watching all the activity in the harbour. The balcony was a wonderful spot for relaxing with a glass of wine or reading a book.I slept really well in the master bedroom bed and I heard no complaints from anyone else in our party.The location was perfect for exploring Victoria. Most of the places we went were in walking distance.We brought a car on the Port Angeles ferry. That made the underground parking spot that came with the unit really helpful. We drove our car to Butchart Gardens. We also did about a 1 hour drive to the north to Mahatma Skywalk which was really cool.In summary, I highly recommend this VRBO property.Neil R.

Our nights are peaceful and serene sitting directly above the water with total privacy!
