Good location

Great proximity to holiday valley ski resort. Place is small if you are bringing a family there is no table to eat meals together. We were fine with that as we planned on going out but important to know if bringing a family.Tried to communicate with the property manager and he has not returned my emails. This was disappointingTowels need to be upgraded as they are old and do not absorb water.Overall property was clean and the fireplace was nice.

Perfect location. Pet friendly was very helpful. Easy dog-walking area. Proximity to the slopes was perfect.

Family Meeting

The location is really great. We walked to the down town area and really enjoyed the town, the food and the more than friendly people. Would be really good location for a winter stay as it is really close to the slopes

Perfect location

We had epic snow and this place was located in the perfect spot to come off the slopes for lunch. Price is great! Will stay again!!

Disappointment in the Snow

My wife and I were on a ski weekend. We found this unit through VRBO, which we have used previously. First of all, it is very well located, only a couple of minutes from Holiday Valley Ski Area. It is a pet-friendly unit, so we were able to bring our little cock-a-poo dog, who loves to travel with us. The parking is convenient, the beds are comfortable, and the internet was easy to access and worked well during our stay. Sounds great, right? Well, when we arrived the interior temperature was 53 degrees F, although the thermostat was set to 70 F. My wife and I travel frequently and use VRBO frequently for our lodging. Other VRBO units have had a welcome book or pamphlet with information about the unit, including heating/cooling, TV, other amenities, fireplace etc. This unit had no information whatsoever. However, Evolve was kind enough to send a welcome email with essential information, which included an emergency number to call if there were any problems. We called the number to ask about the heating, but reached a voice mail only. We left a message for someone to call us right away and to date, three days later, we have not received a reply or call back. No dish towels, no dish cloths, no wash cloths, no hand towels, no toaster, no blender, no ice trays, no knives, no measuring cups. Dust and dirt very thick on window sills and ceiling fan blades, with spider webs and lots of dead spiders.

Some issues but overall comfortable

Came to stay for family weekend at St.Bonnies. Chose this listing because of availability and pet friendly! Things we liked: Comfortable beds Clean interior Plenty of linens and towels Location Pet friendly Fire wood provided Things we didn’t like: TV didn’t work and manger wasn’t very helpful Exterior lights didn’t work ( Safety hazard ) Some interior lights didn’t work Chipped paint was all over back patio Firewood was scattered around patio No can opener (we left one tho) No extra paper towels No basic spices ie. salt and pepper

Absolutely great experience! Nice and clean. We had trouble with getting the room open at first. The gentleman called us right back and was more than helpful. It wasn’t the door at all it was us. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great location and clean

Started out frustrated as the property wasn’t ready at 3pm and we had to wait until 445 to get in. But the location was great and it was clean. We appreciated the amount of beds and that it was dog friendly. But it lacked a lot of basics that we’ve come to expect at rentals. I actually left a list in the unit - but there were no knives, pots, larger bowls, a cutting board, a bottle opener and many other necessary items to cook - thus causing us to have to go out more of purchase those items. Also instructions for the heat and general information would have been helpful. And fine for a rental - but we’d also recommend hanging some pictures to just make it more homey.
