You can add breakfast provisions per day when making a booking. Compulsory cleaning and linen fee of $115+GST. Minimum stays: 4 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights Friday/Saturday. One night bookings Sunday to Thursday.

The Neighborhood:
Located just a short walk away from Oneroa Village, Seaside on Waiheke is central to everything including the Matiatia passenger ferry, the main village of Oneroa, stunning beaches and many of Waiheke’s award winning vineyards and restaurants including Mudbrick and Cable Bay.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.
