It was unfortunate that there was a power outage in the area that effected my guest’s stay. Texts that I received from the power company were communicated ASAP to her to update status. I understand that it was an inconvenience but not in my control.

I am very happy that Zach found what he was looking for. He and his friends wanted to escape from the city and spend quality time together over New Year's Eve.

It has been difficult to maintain the grass at the rear of the yard. Thinking the space could make a great Bocci Ball court.😂

Thank you for taking notice. I do try to think of most everything to make my guests' stay an exceptional experience. A getaway should not come with a " to do" list other than to have fun and enjoy.

The cottage is my home and not a generic vacation rental. I have very high standards and strive to give my guests an exceptional experience. Once informed of the issues, I had my handyman there within hours. The slow drain resulted from buildup of sand from guests not utilizing the outdoor shower which they are instructed to do. Extra supplies were hand delivered. The cottage is well stocked with amenities that are not normally provided by most vacation rentals. I suspect that previous guests might have thought to help themselves of the extras. The paths to the beach are not easily described. I choose to use how long and not how far it is. I have timed the walk and it is about a 5 minute stroll walking at a normal pace. There is one road to walk down and it is a straight path. The stairs down are two tiered with a landing and number about 30 in all. I offer many amenities for my guests to use such as beach towels and chairs, bikes and helmets and indoor and outdoor games suitable for both adults and children. Most of the comments came as a surprise to me and I feel that they were unwarranted. I contacted my guest to discuss further and as yet have not heard back.
